Hate to say it, but Nicky Hilton! I think Katy Perry makes it look a bit Grannyish and not in a good way. So my vote’s for Nicky

I may be biased as a massive Katy Perry fan, but to me Katy makes it a bit more exciting with the cute clutch and shoes. This dress has always been one of my favourite Katy outfits too! What I would do to get my hands on it…
