Hey peoples. If you remember, I gave away a set of Blanx Teeth Advanced Whitening Range some months ago. Well, I have reviewed the products and I have quite a lot to say about them, so grab a cuppa and enjoy the read.
There are 4 products in all, so I am going to discuss them individually.
BlanX Advanced Whitening Toothpaste 100ml
The first whitening toothpaste to be based on ingredients derived from natural Arctic Lichen. Its non-abrasive formula cleans deeply and gently without damaging enamel, killing bacteria and plaque and protecting the teeth
Here are my thoughts:
PROS
- It cleans the teeth thoroughly.
- It is quite affordable at £7.49.
- I noticed my teeth went about 2 shades whiter so it does the job.
CONS
- I noticed this toothpaste and all the other BlanX products do not leave my mouth smelling fresh. The minty fresh breath you get from using a regular toothpaste, you don’t get with any of the BlanX products. I always find myself having to use my regular, ordinary toothpaste at the end just to achieve fresh breath.
BlanX Classic White Toothpaste 75ml
The first whitening toothpaste to be based on ingredients derived from natural Arctic Lichen. Its non-abrasive formula cleans deeply and gently without damaging enamel, killing bacteria and plaque and protecting the teeth. All the benefits of BlanX Advanced Whitening in a tube.
Here are my thoughts:
PROS & CONS
- It performs pretty much the same as way the Advanced Whitening Toothpaste performs, but an extra benefit is the price at £5.49, but it is slightly smaller at 75ml. You would need either one of them to get the job done, not both.
BlanX Intensive Stain Removal 75ml
Its unique formula removes stains and pigmentation due to smoking, food, beverages and plaque deposits.
Here are my thoughts:
PROS
- It is an OK toothpaste.
CONS
- I did not notice any difference in my teeth while using this toothpaste.
- It did not leave my mouth smelling fresh and clean.
- It felt like a had soap on my teeth. I did not like the texture of the toothpaste at all.
- At £7.49 for a 75ml tube, I rather go for a regular toothpaste.
Extrawhite Intensive Whitening Treatment 30ml
An intensive whitening treatment to remove stains fast and restore teeth to their natural whiteness. The special triple action formula has an increased concentration to act quickly, effectively and safely. Use twice a day for two weeks, four times a year for best results, using your normal BlanX® toothpaste in between.
PROS
- My teeth went about 3 shades whiter in about 2 weeks.
- It is quite affordable at £10.49 for a 30ml pack.
- It cleans my teeth thoroughly.
- My mouth felt fresh after using this whitening treatment unlike the other BlanX products.
CONS
- The tube is too small. I wish it came in a bigger size.
Well, those are my thoughts. To be honest, I am yet to find the toothpaste that performs a 100% what it says on the pack. I usually find an expensive trip to the dentist does the whitening job a lot faster and easier. Guess that is why the whitening treatment at the Dentist is so freaking expensive.
Have you tried any of these products? Sound off in the comment section.
Thanks for reading.
*PR samples included.
I’ve tried a few of products from this range and wasn’t impressed! Have you tried Beverly Hills charcoal toothpaste? I found that whitened them a little!

Yea I have. I reviewed it some months ago too. These were better to be honest.
Thanks for the review. I might try this brand out some time. I had never heard of these before.
Oh they are quite popular at the moment.
This sounds great, I would love to try something like this to be honest, but I so worry that I wouldn’t do it right and I would make a mess of my teeth! This sounds worth a try though!
Yea the whitening treatment does the job.
I’ve always been under the impression the blanx range was actually damaging for your teeth so have never tried it. Might have a look at some of their products in the future tho!

They are not damaging, not for me anyways but not as good as I expected them to be.
Sounds like a great alternative to professional teeth whitening, which is crazily expensive. I’d love to see a before and after photo 🙂
You won’t a lot of difference to be honest.
I have had another whitening company offer me some products which I will be reviewing and it is perfect because I really want whiter teeth! I agree I think getting it done at the Dentist is more expensive but worth it in the long run!
Yea it is. Most of these products do not work as well obviously because they are not as strong.
I have never heard of this range before, I have never tried teeth whitening before apart from normal toothpaste, it is something I want to try at some point though
I will be needing real top up soon. Had mne doe years ago. Best thing I ever did.
I tried a whitening toothpaste once before when one of the kids at a school I was volunteering at drew a picture for me and used yellow for the teeth! I didn’t find it made a difference but I would be willing to give this one a try.
Oh wow..This whitening treatment could help.
I use the toothpaste but haven’t tried a treatment yet but by the sounds of things I need to x
Miss Kitty Kaos – Adventures Of A Riot Grrrl
The treatment is quite good.
This definitely sounds a lot better than those bleaching kits you can buy.Can you buy it in the high st???
Yeap. Boots, Asda, and other stores x
I think if you drink a lot of tea and coffee, especially without milk or drink a lot of red wine you will never get very white teeth. The Intensive whitening treatment sounds useful though, although expensive in the up keep of your teeth I would guess.
Yea it is. Does the job ok.
Oh I have tried a product very similar and it had amazing results I would def try this
Oh great Emma
Haha just one pro for one of products! I used to use teeth whitening toothpaste
Oh ok. Hope you had great results.
The intensive one sounds worth a try as it’s not overly expensive for two shades whiter.
Yea it is.
Great to read your review as I’ve been thinkng of trying one their products out, will use this as my basis for choosing – will have a look in Boots to see if I can get some with my points!
