It a Yay. Beautiful.
For me it is a Nay, but can see a lot saying Yay,
I absolutely love this outfit and it is a big yay from me. I pretty much always wear all black and I love the fringed skirt x

She looks gorgeous I love the black fringed leather skirt although I would be desperate to inject colour if that was my look lol!
