I wrote about beauty treatments I wanted to try some weeks ago. If you missed that post, check out the link above.
Well, this is an update to that post. I have tried the Cryotherapy treatment again. This time I had it on my face, and I even got a face and neck massage alongside, whoop whoop. This last treatment was a lot better than my first Cryotherapy treatment. There was a huge noticeable difference in my skin tone after the treatment. It is definitely worth every penny.
I am still undergoing my laser hair removal treatments as you all know, and that is going well too, but I am yet to sort out the teeth whitened top-up, so hopefully that will be sorted at some point this year, crossing my fingers and my toes. It is not like compulsory I have a teeth whitening top-up, but it will be nice to have it done.
Another new beauty treatment I have on my mind is the stretch marks removal treatment. I got quite a couple now since child-birth, they do not bother me too much as they are barely visible, but it will be nice to have them removed. I came across this YouTube video, explaining the laser stretch mark removal treatment, and how straightforward and pain free it is.
I will definitely be looking into having this treatment done, and I am delighted I won’t have to go through pain to be stretch marks free. I think many people think anything ‘laser’ will be painful but that is so not true and I wonder why many think that way. Anyways, there are a couple of clinics offering this treatment at the moment, especially in London. A quick Google search – stretch mark removal in London, for example, will bring up many options.
Another beauty treatment I will want to have some time soon is acupuncture. For those who do not know, Acupuncture is a treatment derived from ancient Chinese medicine in which fine needles are inserted at certain sites in the body for therapeutic or preventative purposes. I have had acupuncture treatments quite a few times in the past and I found it very relaxing. I am hoping to slot in a few sessions at some point this year, so wish me luck.
So there you have them. The beauty treatments I am currently lusting over. Have you tried any of this treatments? Drop me a comment, let’s chat.
Thanks for reading.

I never got around to stretch mark treatment other than using bio oil which has helped a bit. Not as much as the hype would have you believe though!
Yea Bio Oil does help, but does not do much to be honest x
Pulse Light Clinic is where I’ve had my laser treatments done and they’re a great clinic if you have your stretch mark removal done there! x
Yea I have heard quite a lot about them x
I’ve not tried any of the treatments you’ve mentioned but I’d love to try laser hair removal and teeth whitening – thanks for sharing
Thanks for reading Stephanie x
I would love an acid peel – my skin is looking tired and could definitely do with being refreshed x
Oh not heard of that. I am sure it will do the work x
Great choices – but I wouldn’t class acupuncture as a beauty treatment – my mother is receiving it for an excruciatingly painful spinal condition – it is really helping her. It is a very powerful ancient therapy. I hope you get to try it too. Kaz x
I have tried it Kaz, like I said in the post and I consider it a beauty treatment for ME, as I don’t need it for my health, if that makes sense. Sorry to hear about your mum’s pain x
some great choices and not sure I fancy acupuncture all those needles stuck in you I have no idea how they can do that and it not hurt you
Yea it doesn’t look good to watch but it feels great x
They have great list of services! I would love to try Acupuncture as well.
Go for it x
I haven’t tried any of these kinds of things, I have no money unfortunately.
I wish I could try all of them..
I think the only one I would ever consider is the laser hair removal but maybe only at a push x
Ah nice x
