Product Review – Acquablend Water Bottles

Since having my twins, I have started to take my health and fitness very seriously. I take my vitamins, eat a balanced diet, try to get adequate sleep, and exercise.I got my hands on a Fitbit Flex last year, and I am so into it at the moment. I am obsessed with hitting my daily target of 10,000 steps, and I love the way it charts my sleep behaviour – how long I sleep for, how long it takes me to fall asleep, how many times I wake up at night, and so on. I send my daily steps to Twitter, so I know how well I am doing, and I am loving my progress so far.

However I struggle to eat loads of fruits and drink lots of water. I am just not a fruits person, and drinking water has always been a chore for me, even though I know the benefits of eating fruits and drinking loads of water.  So when the opportunity came for me to review the Acquablend Water Bottles, I jumped at it, because this bottle could solve this very issue.

Aquablend Water Bottles Review

Aquablend Bottles Review

So this bottle is all about a combination of fruits and water in a bottle, to create a flavoured taste.

Here are my thoughts:

PROS

  1. I love the elegant packaging, so bright and pretty, makes me feel like drinking water from the it. I got colour blue and green, but they also come in red, pink, black, white and purple.
  2. I found the water bottles easy to set up. I had it cleaned in the top shelf of the dishwasher (but can also be hand washed), and I cut up some cucumbers, kiwis, and oranges, and placed them in the fruit section, and added some water to start with. So it was oranges in the green bottle, and cucumber and kiwi in the blue.
  3. The water tasted flavoured immediately, the fruit infusion is amazing.
  4. The water bottles can be kept in the fridge or left outside in normal temperature.
  5. This bottles are super affordable. I got the twist top bottles, and they go for £24.99, but currently on sale for £10.99, so get in there!
  6. These high quality looking bottles are great to use both inside and outside the home, so work, school, gym, and so on.
  7. They are dish washer safe, stain resistant, as well as leak proof.
  8. The drinking sprout is very comfortable, but you can pour in a cup, if you prefer that.

CONS

None.

The Acquablend water bottles are a dream come true! I don’t have to feel forced to drink water anymore, these bottles make me want to drink water.

There are various fruit infused water recipes on the Acquablend website, which I will be stalking for more inspiration and ideas. The next recipe I will be trying this afternoon, will be the strawberry and cucumber recipe. It sounds very tasty.

  1. I have always been struggling with drinking enough water as well.. I just find it so boring! I get most of my water intake from green teas at the moment, but I would love to start drinking more water as well. I have never tried a aquablender before, but I occasionally through in a lot of really thin cucumber slices in my water to give it a different flavor. It would be great to be able to do that straight into a water bottle instead!

  2. I also struggle to drink water. It’s just so uninspiring. I have a terrible soda habit and I KNOW I need to drink more water. This sounds perfect! I may have to treat myself. Especially with the saving.

  3. I love the bottles, they are beautiful. I don’t take enough water I think these bottles are encouraging. Will try to get some especially with the sales.

  4. I love fruit infused water! I’ve been thinking about buying a proper infusion bottle for a why but never known what to try, these sound great!

  5. These look a brilliant way to encourage you to drink more water. I haven’t tried fruit infused water – I always imagined it to taste very weak?

  6. I always struggle to drink enough water, prefer a c up of tea.And I has been reading your blog fowhile now but never knew you had twins.

  7. Love these bottles – I have one of each and I use them regularly. They are at BeFit London next week and I know they have an offer on their website if anyone is interested. Click on the BeFit banner on their home page – I think it’s on that page.

  8. These look great, I definitely need to drink more water, but like most people just find it too boring, but this sounds like a great compromise as I love fruit, so why not combine the two, and they look super funky too.

  9. I love the sound of this, I just have a Brita one that I carry with me but sometimes plain water can just become a little boring the idea that you can add stuff with this makes it so much more appealing xx
