OOTD: It Feels Like Autumn

The brown leaves are starting to appear and it is beginning to feel a lot like Autumn. I love how cool this season is, and the layering trend is the best! You should all know how I feel about the autumn (or fall season, depending on where you are) season by now, and if you don’t, say hello to my favourite season of the year.

I am so looking forward to getting my blazers and jackets out. This leather waterfall jacket is one of my favoruite jackets at the moment. I love the colour and the design, and the fact that it is faux leather. I got this piece a few months ago but I have only worn it once so I am looking forward to styling it a few times this season.

I wore this outfit to a meeting with a client over the weekend, and it worked brilliantly. I like that fact that is a chic and smart look; not too professional, and not too dressed up; just perfect.

The white cutout pencil dress is a new wardrobe addition. I got it in the summer sale some weeks back and I like it. It is a fabulous dress for formal and informal events. It can take you from the office to the bar easily. And it is super easy to style up or down. I adore multi-tasking pieces like this white beauty.

I hardly wear white, I used to think it was a money down the drain. But I am glad to announce I no longer think that. I do like white, and I think it looks good on me so I will be adding more white to my wardrobe, but I won’t be going overboard shopping white.

  4. Love our outfit. White certainly works on you Stella. The whole outfit does. I don’t wear much white that often.

    My complexion is fair so it won’t work on me, like it does you. I have some white T-shirts and that’s about it.

    Yes I love Autumn/fall. I love the colours of nature in this season (the orange/browns hues especially) and like to emulate that with what I wear

  6. Yesterday was every bit Summer but today, resoundly Autumnal! I love your faux-leather (I’d love to add that colour to my wardbrobe). My black studded leather jacket is perhaps my fave jacket of all, and, yes, I’m def looking forward to the colder days just so that I can wear it again. Tx

  20. Im not liking the weather much right now, I wish it would either be hot or cold, rain or not, the constant change has caught me out a few times. I do love the jacket x
