The New Age of Beauty

The New Age of Beauty

New Hair Review

Beauty they say is in the eyes of the beholder. Every living being has their own definition of beauty. Some see beauty as anything natural, so minimal makeup, no hair extensions or weaves, no piercings or tattoos. Others see beauty as being skinny, no body hairs, full on makeup, hair extensions and weaves, tattoos, stylish pieces, fake boobs, fake butt, fake tan and anything fake, flashy or over the top

I see beauty differently. When I look at a beautiful woman, I see –

Brains – This is so major for me. Beauty and brains go hand in hand, I have zero tolerance for anyone who lacks in the intelligence department.

Flattering makeup.

Flattering hair extensions and weaves (if needed).

A healthy BMI – This is another major quality for me.

Good dentition – pearly whites are so easy on the eye.

Smooth/spotless skin.

No tattoos whatsoever – I thank God I did not go ahead with my teenage dream of having a tattoo. I would have had to visit a Tattoo Removal Clinic in my twenties, when I saw the light.

I find that my beauty qualities change as I grow older. Some qualities that would have made my teenage list, when I was like 13, or even 18, like being 6 feet tall and having an hour-glass shape, definitely do not make my list now that I am almost 30, and I am sure more qualities will come on and off my list in my forties and fifties.

I am 100% certain, that beauty will continue to evolve, and  that society will continue to dictate what we call beautiful, with the Bimbos and others continuously shoved in our faces everyday, if we allow it. I don’t, I live my by own rules, and when I see beauty, this is what I see:

BEYONCE

Beyonce

I admire the fact that Beyonce is beauty and brains combined. She is a strong, hard-working woman, and so beautiful.

Nicole Scherzinger

I love her stunning features. She is a true natural beauty. She rolls out of bed looking GLAM.

Gwen Stefani

This woman does not seem to age. She looks exactly like how she looked 10 years ago and that is what I call a BEAUTY.

Genevieve Nnaji

This effortless African beauty is the truth. She reminds me of Queen Bey, beauty and brains here as well. I adore her.

Eva Longoria

I still cannot believe that Eva Longoria is in her 40s. Beauty goals right here. She can easily pass for a 28-year-old.

Best Laser Tattoo Removal Clinics In London

I have previously written about how to get rid of tattoos and how celebrities get rid of their tattoos, these posts were quite popular, so I decided to write about the two top laser tattoo removal clinics in London at the moment.

Tattoo

Pulse Light Clinic is one of the best laser tattoo removal clinics in London. This clinic with over 20 years experience in laser treatments, uses PicoSure Tattoo Removal Laser to remove tattoos, and is 1 of the 2 clinics using PicoSure in the UK. This treatment is highly effective, it takes between 3-6 treatments to fully remove a tattoo, treatment is normally carried out between 5-12 months, unlike a standard tattoo removal machine that could take up to 10 treatments, carried out between 2-3 years to fully remove  tattoo.

The new PicoSure is currently the break we have all been waiting for as far as tattoo removals are concerned. This smart laser can remove a tattoo faster than any other laser machine in the world and the prices start from £70 per treatment.

City Tattoo Removal is the other clinic in the UK using the fastest laser tattoo removal machine in the world. This clinic offers patients a free initial consultation and patch test, and prices start from £75, but they are finance options available, where you spread you payments across, and pay as little as £20.21 every month for the duration of your treatment.

The science behind PicoSure is simple, and the side effects are minimal, PicoSure uses thermal energy to heat up ink particles in the unwanted tattoo, the laser picks up all the ink, destroys it into little pieces, these little pieces are easy for the body to absorb allowing the ink to be removed. The PicoSure also removes difficult inks, such as green, reds and blues much faster than a standard tattoo machine, and these clinics use this great treatment.

Do you have a tattoo you would like to get off? Have you heard of PicoSure before reading this post? Sound off in the comment section, let’s chat.

Thanks for reading.

Celebrities Getting Rid Of Tattoos

Celebrities are not immune to making bad judgements when it comes to men and tattoos, in fact they even make more stupid decisions than mere mortals like us. Many celebrities are known to have some form of body art done once they pledge their undying love to their partner, only to go through laser removal treatment, to have it removed once the love turns sour. It happens time and time again, I wonder if they would ever learn.

Here are some celebrities that have gotten rid of the body ink:

Adrienne Bailon

Actress and TV host Adrienne Bailon had Rob Kardashian’s (her ex) name tattooed on her behind. She was excited to get it off years after they broke up –

“I’m excited, anxious, excited more than anything. I think I’ve waited a long time, long enough, to have this officially gone,” she said, adding: “I thinking living the last six years with somebody’s name on your body is a little weird and that’s more painful, like, you know, to have to explain it to my kids.”

The star had attempted to get the tattoo off and went through several treatment but they didn’t get it off. She finally got rid of the tattoo when she chose the Picosure Laser Treatment which did the trick.

Angelina Jolie

The talented Angelina Jolie had her then husband’s name – “Billy Bob”, tattooed on her arm. She got the tattoo off and has since tattooed her birth place on her same arm as you can see above. She was quoted saying:

“I’ll never be stupid enough to have a man’s name tattooed on me again”

Eva Longoria

Eva Longoria had three tattoos in the honour of her ex husband – Tony Parker, she had the word “nine” (Tony’s basketball number) on the back of her neck, the date of their marriage on their wrist and some other tattoo hidden somewhere private on her body. She had them taken off two years after their messy divorce.

Denise Richards

Actress Denise Richards got rid of her “Charlie” tattoo after divorcing Charlie Sheen, and had it covered up with a fairy instead. I love the way she turned a bad situation into a good one. Good for her.

Melanie Griffith

Melanie Griffith neatly erased her ex husband’s name, “Antonio” off her heart tattoo after their divorce. Nice job, but I would have taken the entire tattoo off, it looks funny now.

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum is still in the process of getting her ex husband name – “Seal” completely off her arm.

So we have seen how some of the celebrities waste no time in getting the ink off? Have you had any tattoo work done that you now regret? Drop me a comment, let’s chat.
