For me Rosie did.
I’m sorry, but I’ll go with Rosie. I wouldn’t call myself a fashion expert, but I do know that on the red carpet, you flash either your cleavage or legs…never both, which is exactly what Jennifer does here. While it is true that the dress has a plunging neckline, Rosie hardly has any bust to flaunt, so full marks go to her.
I prefer it on Rosie. A Decent dressing.
