We live just outside Manchester and we do visit the buzzing city regularly. I had the opportunity to dine in China Town Manchester Trafford Centre just before Christmas, and we made the most of it. We love visiting Manchester Trafford Centre as it is filled with lots of great shops and restaurants. There is also a play centre for kids and a cinema, so there’s a lot to do in Manchester Trafford Centre, which is why we like to pop in every now and again. I like the fact that it is all in 1 building so I don’t have to deal with the miserable weather. Also, there is a free car parking with thousands of spaces, which is another reason why this is one of our favourite spots in Manchester.
In the past, we have had many staycations in Manchester and it is always fun in the city. We usually go for serviced apartments Manchester, and that makes our holiday even more fun. Staying in serviced apartments as a family is a lot more convenient sometimes than staying in a regular hotel. There is usually more space and more family friendly facilities available in a serviced apartment than you would have in a regular hotel room.
Dining in China Town Manchester Trafford Centre
We all love Chinese food, so on the day, we went straight to China Town in Trafford Centre Manchester. After browsing the many restaurants, we decided to dine in Yang Sing Cathy Restaurant. It was a good decision. We have dined in the restaurant many times over the years and knew what to expect already. I liked the table we got at the restaurant. It wasn’t too busy when we got there, which is how I like it. The twins can be handful sometimes, so the quieter the restaurant, the better for us.
The food was tasty and well cooked as usual. I really enjoyed the starters and the main course. The kiddies enjoyed their dish as well and the service was good.
We had a great time dining at Yang Sing Cathy and we are looking forward to popping in for dinner or lunch again. The food is always so delicious. You can have a look at some of the tasty food we enjoyed –
After having our dinner, we decided to explore the centre a bit more. Christmas was in full swing when we went so the shops were super busy. It was fun watching everyone and taking in the lovely Christmas decorations.
