Does Kim Kardashian Deserve A Vogue Cover?

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West controversial Vogue cover is now available for all to see and there has been a lot of talk about it. Some are happy to see her on the cover of Vogue but most people are furious. Personally, I am happy for her. She looks happy and beautiful, her dreams are coming through and she is smiling all the way to the bank. Does she deserve to be on the cover of Vogue? Hmmm that is a question that has no correct answer. Does anyone deserve to be on the cover of Vogue? What is so special about Vogue anyway….

Some previous Vogue Cover girls have done worst things than Kim’s Sex tape or her reality show so what is the big deal. Take Kate Moss for example, she was caught on camera taking drugs and she is always on Vogue, Naomi Campbell is known for her violent temper and she has been a Vogue cover girl a couple of times. So what is so wrong with Kimmy being on Vogue?

Some say Kim Kardashian does not know anything about fashion so she doesn’t deserve to be a cover girl for the Fashion Bible (Vogue), I completely disagree with that. She might not be your typical style/fashion icon but she does know a thing or two about fashion. She dresses nice most times, herself and her sisters – Khloe and Kourtey Kardashian have a couple of clothing lines and own Dash Stores.

So back to the original question, Does Kimye deserve a Vogue Cover? In my opinion, Hell Yeah. Will I be buying a copy of Vogue USA? I will likely read it on my iPad because I am stuck in the UK. Will these issue sell out? Oh yea most definitely, the bosses at Vogue know exactly what they are doing. Will Kimye address all this criticisms, I don’t think they will have the time to care. What do you think?

A friend of mine also mentioned that she didn’t like the fact that Baby North was naked in one of the pictures. Now that is a topic for another day.

1. Kerry Washington:

2013 was a fab year for this woman. She makes bold choices when it comes to fashion and style and she is my number fashionista any day.

Solange Knowles is known for her versatile fashion sense. She has tried almost every fashion trend and the great thing about her style is that she always makes it her own. She is the Truth.

Mrs Beckham is and will always be a style icon. The singer turned designer knows the true meaning of style. She is always on every best dressed list, she looks fantastic in almost every piece I see on her.
