Scarlett Johansson is on the cover of Elle UK Feb 2013 edition. She has on a pretty white dress by Victoria Beckham and a pair of Manolo Blahnik for VB heels. I am loving the “all white everything” look and Scarlett looks very different on this cover as well. I think I prefer her with the blood red lips.
