The best body massages you should try

One of the things I miss is my regular body massage. I have not been able to book one since this lockdown started. Having a good body massage regularly is great for your physical and mental health. Massage improves circulation, improves your skin tone and reduces stress. Having regular treatments is vital for the overall wellbeing, which is why I like to have a treatment done at least once a month. If you wondering which body massages you should try, here are a few ideas for you –

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a gentle full body massage. It is great for those who are sensitive to touch, new to massage and have a lot tension. If any of these sound like you, then Swedish Massage is the body massage to try first. I love a good Swedish Massage. They are very invigorating and relaxing. I love that the treatment gets rid of all knots or tension in my body.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is also good for getting rid of knots and tension but it uses more pressure than the Swedish Massage. It is great for those dealing with soreness, tight muscles, injury and so on. If you are very sensitive to pressure, it is best to go for the Swedish Massage instead of this.

Shiatsu Massage

This treatment is great for the body’s meridians and pressure points. It relieves stress and leaves you feeling very relaxed. It also helps relieve headaches, anxiety, and depression.

Thai Massage

The Thai Massage is another relaxing alternative for those after this sort of treatment. It is a more active form of massage, which helps relieve pain and stress. Thai Massage also helps improve circulation, flexibility and energy levels.
