Like I mentioned in my previous beauty post, I have gone vegetarian and I am now researching natural beauty products to include in my skincare routine. There are so many great natural skincare products out there and it has been a very interesting experience trying them out. I have a few favourites already and I looking forward to adding more to my list of favorite natural skincare products to use. For those who are wondering what CBD stands for, it stands for Cannabidiol, and it is a naturally-occurring chemical compound found in cannabis plants. CBD is usually extracted as a powder and then mixed with a carrier oil like grapeseed, olive, or coconut. CBD oil is well known for its healing properties. The oil has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits which are great for treating skin issues like inflammation, acne, eczema, psoriasis, dryness, and more. CBD for skincare products is a great idea. The benefits are numerous and there are now many options available.

Product Review: Sanctuary Spa Body Butter

I mentioned in my last post that I am now a vegetarian. That applies to what I take in and what I use on my skin and around me. I am slowly implementing natural vegan products in my daily life. It has been a lovely experience so far and I am really enjoying discovering new products and a better way of living. I have been trying lots of new brands and products and I will be sharing my experience on here. Today, I am reviewing the Sanctuary Spa Body Butter. This Vegan body moisturiser is a blend of shea & cocoa butter, sweet almond & macadamia nut oil.

PROS
  1. I love the fragrance. It smells amazing and is so long lasting.
  2. The texture of this body butter is so good. It feels great on my skin.
  3. I like the packaging. It is compact and practical.
  4. This body butter is nourishing and so moisturising thanks to the shea and cocoa butters.
  5. It is such a luxurious body butter. I get the spa feeling whenever I use it.
  6. I have a sensitive skin and this works great for it.
  7. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
  8. The brand is against animal testing.
  9. No parabens or harsh chemicals in this product.
  10. This body butter leaves the skin soft and smooth.
  11. A little goes a long way with this product.

This product is a Body Butter, so do not use on your face. It is a great product to use especially in the cold winter months. I can see myself using Sanctuary Spa Body Butter for many years to come.
