African fashion whether dressed up or dressed down is always very eye-catching, from the colourful prints to the flamboyant head gears commonly called gele, and the matching shoes and bags, there is always a pop of colour. Although, it could be over the top sometimes, that is what African fashion is all about : over the top glamorous and so elegant.
However, finding these styles across Europe and America is not so easy. You see bits here and there, which can be hard work when scouting for African fashion inspiration, but thankfully, the search is now very easy with Iya Eko, the biggest and best when it comes to African traditional fashion and styles. Iya Eko currently has more than 400,000 images of different styles and from different cultures including celebrity styles and every day people. This is currently the largest African fashion and style inspiration website.
Let’s have a look at some of them……………….
What do you think of the styles? Any favourites? Sound off in the comment section.
