Product Review: SheaMoisture Palm Oil & Cocoa Butter Range

*PR samples.

I am a huge fan of SheaMoisture hair products and you would know this if you have been reading my product reviews posts. SheaMoisture products are my go-to haircare products. I have used them since I started the natural hair journey and my experience with the brand has been amazing. When an opportunity came for me to review this SheaMoisture Palm Oil & Cocoa Butter Range, I took it with my both hands. The SheaMoisture Palm Oil & Cocoa Butter Range consists of three products.

RED PALM OIL & COCOA BUTTER RINSE OUT OR LEAVE IN CONDITIONER

SheaMoisture review image

This conditioner works great as a rinse-out or leave-in. It is fantastic for curly, coily and shrinkage-prone hair. My 4C coily hair shrinks a whole lot, which is really annoying. So this conditioner will be put to good use. I am loving it so much already. The blend of Cocoa Butter and Palm Oil is amazing because it is rich in antioxidants. The Flaxseed Oil helps combat shrinkage, maximising the length of the hair. This SheaMoisture hair conditioner also enhances my curls in a beautiful way.

RED PALM OIL & COCOA BUTTER DETANGLING SHAMPOO

SheaMoisture review picture

This detangling shampoo is the real deal. My 4C hair is prone to tangling so having a shampoo to deal with that is great. This shampoo is great for detangling the hair, leaving it clean, shiny and tangle free. It is now one of my favourite hair shampoos. The combination of the ingredients are just too good.

RED PALM OIL & COCOA BUTTER SHINE BUTTER

This Reshaping Shine Butter with Flaxseed Oil is great for softening and reshaping hair styles for the curly/coily hair. It is lightweight and moisturising. It is also very easy to use to create various hair styles.

Perfume Review: Agent Provocateur Fatale Intense Eau de Parfum

One of the newest additions to my ever growing fragrance collection is this Agent Provocateur Fatale Intense Eau de Parfum. It is an amazing fragrance. I got it some weeks ago and it is now of my favourite perfumes. Fatale Intense is a new perfume by Agent Provocateur. It has a rich, luxurious and mysterious scent. I feel it is quite an intense fragrance and it reminds me of Hugo Boss Intense, another classic favourite perfume of mine. Here is a brief description of this perfume –

A daring introduction tempts the senses with an exotic alcehmy that is composed of wild Dewberries, Black Licorice and Spiced Chilli. The heart of the fragrance is a rich blend of exotic flowers, evoking lust and passion, which is the essence of this fragrance. An intoxicating and warm base of Noir Leather, Luxe Amber and Tahitian Vanilla captures the lust, glamour and intense desires of this fragrance.

How I moisturise my natural hair

*Affiliate links.

I transitioned from texturised hair to natural hair about 5 years ago, and I have no regrets. My hair is strong and healthy, and I love how it looks. When I had texturised hair, my hair was horrible. I had no edges and my hair was breaking a lot. It was so weak and unhealthy, and I couldn’t stand the sight of it anymore. I was tired on hiding it underneath hair extensions that only made my hair condition worse, so I decided to embark on the long road to freedom – natural hair route.

Cantu Hair Care Product Image

The journey has been long and hard but so worth it. It took me a long time to figure out hair products that worked great for my coarse hair. I tried all sorts of products and I am still trying new products regularly. In my search of trying out new products, I came across the amazing Naissance Fractionated Coconut Oil, Cantu Shea Butter for Natural Hair Leave in Conditioning Cream and some great Sheamoisture Hair Care products. I use SheaMoisture Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Masquwe every 2 weeks and these products help create the right foundation for the rest of my hair care products.

Before stumbling on these products, I have used lots of shampoos, conditioners, masques, oils and leave in conditioners. But my current hair care products mentioned above are the best for my hair type. They are so good for natural hair protective hairstyles too!

You can watch me in the video use Naissance Fractionated Coconut Oil and  Cantu Shea Butter for Natural Hair Leave in Conditioning Cream. These products help me moisturise my natural hair beautifully, making it soft and manageable. They also help my hair grow and stay healthy. I can’t see myself ever not using this oil and leave in conditioner. They are the best hair products I have tried in a long time. Do watch the video and tell me what you think of these haircare products and how I moisturise my natural hair.  You can follow my YouTube Channel for more updates.
