Many of these fruits and vegetables contain essential vitamins and minerals that are very important for skin health. Some of them being zinc, vitamin A and vitamin C. Wholemeal Grains

Wholemeal bread, rice and rye are great for helping your skin stay smooth and youthful. The easiest wholemeal grain for me to eat is wholemeal bread. The kiddies love it and I will be eating more of that going forward.

Drinking water also helps the skin glow from inside out. I find that I drink more water when I have my water bottle with me. It reminds me to keep drinking, which has changed my diet for the better. Drinking water used to feel like a chore but not anymore thankfully.
