  • I love the simple and practical packaging. The dark amber bottle keeps the oil potent
  • This oil is natural and preservative-free. It is suitable for Vegan, Keto, and Paleo diets
  • Inner Vitality Black Seed Oil contains 3 to 4 times more Thymoquinone than most black seed oils thanks to the organic farming in nutrient-rich soil, free from synthetic fertilisers and pesticides
  • It is quite affordable; you can shop for this product and more via the link below.

CONS
  • It has a strong smell but I usually add in some drops of Ylang Ylang while using it on my hair and that does the trick. You can shop for Ylang Ylang Essential Oils via the link below.

This Organic Black Seed Oil is really good. Once you start using it, you would realise that it is truly worth every penny. I love the results on my hair and I will be trying it on my skin next. There are also other amazing health benefits that I would be exploring with the fantastic oil.

Best Essential Oils for Skincare

These three essential oils have all been tried and tested by me over and over again, and they suit my skin so well:

Ylang Ylang

This oil is really good for the skin. It regulates sebum production, can act as a skin cleanser thanks to its strong antibacterial properties, and also works great as a healing oil by boosting the regenerative process of the epidermis. I usually mix Ylang Ylang with other essential oils and carrier oils to create my unique mosturising blend, and it works amazingly well.

Lemon

Lemon Essential Oil is another great oil for the skin. I use it quite a lot, especially in the warmer months, and it works so well for my skin.  This essential oil can help reduce the appearance of acne, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. It works great as an exfoliator and facial cleanser.

Tea Tree

This essential oil is one of my favourites. I have used Tea Tree a lot over the years in many different ways and it is one essential oil I am very comfortable using. It is great for reducing redness and swelling on the skin. This oil has an anti-inflammatory effect that helps soothe and relieve irritated and painful skin. It also helps reduce the appearance of acne and soothes itchy skin.

I recommend any of these three essential oils for skincare. Like all other essential oils, Ylang Ylang, Lemon, and Tea Tree are very potent so please ensure you handle them with care and dilute them with a carrier oil before applying them to your skin.

Let me know in the comments section if you have tried any of these essential oils. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
