HEAD Sportbags

I had the privilege of receiving this beautiful HEAD Contemporary St Moritz Ladies White Faux Leather Holdall some weeks ago and I have fallen so in love with it. We have recently started taking our kids for swimming lessons, and this sportsbag has been our ‘family swimming bag’,  it is a very stylish swimming bag I must say.

This HEAD Sportsbag is a medium size, which is perfect for us. I love the fact that it stores all our wet swimsuits and towels neatly, it is waterproof so no messes. It has various pockets to store bits and bobs; it has one large main compartment, with a double zip access, a side wet pocket, and a front zip pocket for smaller items. The carry handles and removable shoulder strap means it can be carried in two ways, which is a great. This sportsbag is also quite affordable at £31.50. I love this bag. Can you tell?

I have even more exciting news for you; to celebrate the end of London Fashion Week, the first nationwide UK HEAD Sports Bags Design Competition Finale will be taking place. This competition has seen hundreds of fantastic entries and have now been narrowed down to the final top three. The finale will take place at trendy Be At One (Greek St) in Soho on September 22nd at 18:00.

The goal of this competition is to encourage creativity and originality amongst young British design talent who can show off their work to a wider audience with the potential to have their design go into production. The top three designs have been selected and the winner will be chosen by a judging panel that include former Big Brother winner, Josie Gibson and industry experts from HEAD UK. The overall winner will see their design go into production and on sale as a special Limited Edition item! Isn’t that exciting?

I am looking forward to attending this event. Are you a fan of HEAD Sportbags? What do you think of this talent competition? Drop me a comment, let’s chat.

Thanks for reading and have a crazy Friday.

  1. I am a fan of Head Sports products. I am in love with the sports bag already, will definitely get one for the family too. I don’t mind the coming event at all. Will try to be there. I love your blog.

  2. Love Head bags. I used to have one all through school and college and it lasted that well! Talent competition sounds great, I love it when companies support new and emerging talent!

  3. My daughter’s swimming lessons have just started again and my wife and I take it turns to take her. I can see Gill using this bag as opposed to the grey KitBrix one I insist on! I may look into getting it for her. Thanks for putting the idea in my head.

  4. I didn’t know head sports bags were still available, I remember getting my first one in 1993 which I used as my school bag, it lasted the whole year and I think my mum used it as her gym bag for years afterwards.
