5 Ways to Boost your Skincare this Winter

With the chills of the holiday season closing in and preparations in top gear, transitioning to a winter friendly skincare routine should be at the top of your mind. The harsh weather conditions that come with the season can strip your skin of its natural oils leaving it dry, itchy and irritated.

Since the goal this season is to lock in as much moisture as you can, using a heavier moisturiser that contains humectants like glycerin and emollients can help achieve this.

So if you’ve been using a lotion based moisturiser, you might want to switch to a cream based  moisturiser.
