Getting Cosy This Winter

We spend most of the times indoors during winter. As a ‘work from home mum’, I am always so busy during the day, I hardly have time to do anything else, and I tend not to go out as much this season, because of the horrid winter weather conditions. So I need my home to look good, and smell amazing for me to get comfy. Getting cosy this winter, means me relaxing and having a period of uncontrolled indulgence in what things I love.

Debenhams Flowers

I love fresh flowers a lot, it is one of those things I do not mind spending a small fortune. I just love the smell flowers and the way it changes the whole mood of a room. I fell in love with Debenhams Flowers after receiving a bouquet of Autumn Flowers some months ago, and I am still in love. Back to the mini diffusers, they come in Fig Noir, Citrus Verbena and Oud fragrances, and they all leave my home smelling amazing. I love all three of them.

Sweet smelling candles also help me relax during winter. Candles help create a calm ambience, and that only allows me enjoy my time indoors. This Baylis & Harding Limited Edition set of 3 candles is a perfect example. I got this from my George Secret Santa, courtesy of George Asda, and I am so loving it. I have all three of them burning as I type.

Autumn Flowers

I love when the season changes because I get a wardrobe filled with stylish new pieces, and old pieces I haven’t worn in months, come back to life. I also do a bit of home improvements depending on the season. Autumn for me means more long, chilled nights in, so I like my home to be even more comfortable, I want my home to look and smell good. I buy a lot of candles and luxury flowers in the autumn and winter months, because I spend most of my time in the comfort of my home, away from the cold and the darkness.

Autumn Flowers

The lovely guys at Debenhams Flowers made my week when they offered to send me a Flower Bouquet of my choice. I instantly went for the ‘Designer Red Sky’, which is pictured above. I fell in love with the radiant red roses and the blue hydrangeas because they reminded me of autumn, and the bouquet has some of my favourite colours. When the flowers arrived, I was even more in love. Perfection!

So if I ever want flowers delivered on a specific date, I know Debenhams Flowers is the best website to place an order, and with the 7 days freshness guarantee, or money back, I can’t ask for more really.
