Acne is a terrible skin condition many of us have had the displeasure of dealing with. It can be tricky to get rid of acne. Man products are advertised with the promise of helping your clear acne fast but they rarely do. Back in the day, I struggled a bit with acne and it took me ages to figure how to get rid of it all. I tried all sorts of products and many of them hardly made a difference for me.
Over the years, I have leant that natural products work better for me and I have now implemented natural and organic products into my lifestyle. So my skincare products are all natural and that move alone has made a massive difference on my skin.
I still struggle with flareups sometimes but I know now how to get rid of acne and other skin blemishes fast. Here are the products that have worked for me –
Dudu Osun Tropical African Black Soap
I use this African soap on my face almost every morning and it cleans and moisturises my face so well. The soap has an amazing texture and it is so long-lasting. This has been my go-to facial soap for many years now and it always does the trick!
Garnier Organic Thyme Purifying and Perfecting Toner for Combination and Oily Skin
I use this Garnier Organic Thyme Purifying and Perfecting Toner after cleansing my face and it works amazing well on my skin. The fragrance is amazing and it is super gentle on the skin as well. I love this toner.
Garnier Organic Lemongrass Detox Gel Wash
This excellent facial wash cleanses my skin thoroughly. A little goes a long way and it does the job really well. I usually use this face wash at night to remove dirt and makeup and I love how it leaves my skin feeling and looking smooth and supple.
I should emphasise here, I remove my makeup with this Detox Gel Wash every night. If you struggle with skin issues, it is really important you clean your face with a detox wash every night to remove all impurities from your face.
Tea Tree Essential Oil
After cleansing my face, I dab a bit of a Tea Tree Essential Oil on the areas that have blemishes and leave for a few minutes to dry out. I usually use EDEN Tea Tree Oils (I sell them on here) but if I run out of those, I use this Absolute Aroma Tea Tree Essential Oil.
Tea Tree Cream
Once the Tea Tree Essential Oil is dried up, the next step is to apply this Tea Tree Cream. It is a great barrier cream that soothes, cleanses and purifying. I love how soft and smooth it leaves my skin. It is my go-to night cream.
So there you have it! These are the products that help keep my skin soft, smooth and acne-free. I use them on a daly basis and my skin thanks me for it.
