Staying active is one of the most important ways to age healthy. Regardless of how old you are, you need to ensure you stay active. Being idle is the fastest way to put on weight and it plays on your mental health too, which is not good for your overall health. Being outdoors at least once a day does help. I work from home but the school run takes me out everyday. Plus, I also make sure I get enough steps indoors and outdoors by being busy, running errands, and just staying active.

Good sleep is very important. We need to ensure we get enough hours of sleep to function properly. Lack of sleep makes me grumpy and very disoriented and I am sure it is the same for many. Having a balanced diet rich in all the essential nutrients is the way to go.
