The beautiful Rosie Huntington-Whiteley covers Glamour June 2017, and she looks so beautiful on the cover. Have you read or seen this issue?

I like this cover a lot. I think Glamour went all out with this issue, and they slayed it! It looks amazing. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is a beauty so I am not surprised she looks stunning on this cover. Her hair, makeup and dress are spot on.

I would love to read Rosie’s interview too. Here are a few excerpts from her interview with Glamour –

On living in Los Angeles 

“Oh my God. I miss everything about home. I get homesick a lot… I miss the culture. I miss the people and I miss the realness of Brits and the sense of humour.”

I can imagine how homesick she is.

 

How to take the perfect selfie

“’Well, you need half an hour, you need great lighting, and you need to be prepared to take about 100 pictures of yourself, edit through 100 pictures of yourself and then filter them three times.’ You know, come on! Be real! That’s the way it is. I try to be mindful of that when I’m posting pictures, but again, it’s part of what I do and I hope that people don’t feel…that my social media is too obnoxious.”

 

If these are the steps to a perfect selfie, then I have never taken one! I don’t even edit my selfies, except using the regular Instagram filter, and I don’t filter them 3 times, lol. I hope there is a lot of exaggeration here, or I would start to worry about my selfies being lame!

Amber Valletta Covers British Vogue May 2017

Hey peeps! Happy new month. Welcome to the lovely month of May. I am not sure why April went so fast, but it seems like the year 2017 is moving at lightening speed, so we better get on with it.

The stunning model – Amber Valletta covers British Vogue for May 2017, and she looks great on it. She makes another appearance on the British Vogue cover; after her many previous covers. I remember seeing her on the cover of British Vogue December 1994, alongside Kate Moss and Nadia Auermann. She still looks as amazing as she looked on that cover.

On this cover, Amber is wearing a printed wrap dress by Bottega Veneta and her signature grin. She looks so stunning, she has a beautiful smile that has the power to light up a room.

 

 

Her outfit, makeup and hair are on point. The cover ticks all the boxes. But it looks very familiar. It looks like all the recent British Vogue, with the grey and orange, so I find it a little boring. I am hoping the next issue is a little different, so it stands out from the rest.

Also, the articles on the cover do not interest so me at all, so I won’t be reading this issue. I am late to the party with this issue anyway. April was incredibly busy, and life got in the way, so this post is kind of late. However, I will be looking out for June’s issue, and hoping the British Vogue team nails it!

In other news, I think Amber Valletta looks a lot like Cara Delevingne, I actually thought it was Cara in the cover for some time. I think they look so much alike. Do you agree?

Amy Schumer Covers Glamour Magazine UK May 2017

Amy Schumer – American stand-up comedian, writer, actress, and producer, is the cover girl for Glamour Magazine May 2017, and in this issue, she talks about her fame, love life, her happiness and a lot more.

 

 

This issue looks very interesting, I am loving the features on the cover. For the price of £1, it looks really worth it.

I know little or nothing about Amy Schumer, and I am curious to know more about her, so I can clearly see myself reading this issue. I find her very funny, and I believe she speaks the truth.

Here are some of Amy’s famous quotes.

 

On Body Image in Hollywood

“At my first audition when I was 21, they were like, ‘You should either lose weight or gain a bunch of weight, like be the fat friend or the romantic lead.’ Can you believe they said this?” she said. “But I feel like more than other people saying it, it’s a self-inflicted thing. We put pressure on ourselves and hold ourselves to this unrealistic standard.'”

I can believe they said that. Hollywood must be the craziest place in the world!

 

On the Kardashians

“We have to be a role model for these little girls. Because who do they have? All they have literally is the Kardashians.
“A whole family who take the faces they were born with as a light suggestion? No!
We used to have Khloe and Khloe was ours. Whenever there is a group of women you identify with one of them right? Like with Sex and The City, you were like I’m such a Samantha.’

Oouch!

 

I am looking forward to grabbing a copy of this issue. I am 100% sure it would be a good read. Amy Schumer speaks the truth every time.
