Beauty Muse – Cindy Crawford

Cindy Crawford Beauty Muse

The beautiful Cindy Crawford is still as beautiful and as fabulous as ever even at 50. This beauty successfully dominated the catwalks, along with 4 other supermodels, in the eighties and nineties, and she is still very much around, doing her thing. I love everything about Cindy Crawford. She has a face and a figure to die for. I hope I look half as good as she does at 50.

I am glad she never got rid of the mole, even though she was pressured to. It looks good on her, and it is part of her signature look.

There is something about Cindy Crawford that reminds me of Caitlyn Jenner. I saw some pictures of her in the recent issue of the Fashion London Guide magazine, and for a split second I thought it was Caitlyn Jenner. Maybe it is the hair or the lips, I am not sure, but there is a resemblance there.

Apart from her beauty, I also admire Cindy’s strong work ethic. She is not in the news for the wrong reasons, never has. She is all about family and work, which is refreshing compared to other similar supermodels. She currently spends most of her time off the catwalk and magazine covers, and more time running her anti aging skincare line – Meaningful Beauty.

I have been doing some research into Cindy Crawford’s beauty tips, and she has repeatedly said she ain’t got one! She thinks beauty tips/secrets are overrated. Can you believe that?

She did share bits and bops of her skincare routine, most of which is heavily centered around her skincare line – Meaningful Beauty, which is expected. However, I took a few tips she shared away with me, here they are:

I love using a dry brush before I bathe or shower. On dry skin, I use the brush all over my body, always brushing toward my heart. Not only do you brush off dead skin, you invigorate your body, stimulate your lymphatic system, reduce cellulite, and decongest your skin (talk about a miracle tool). After I shower but before I dry off, I use Neutrogena Body Oil all over. I let it soak in for a few seconds before drying myself with a towel.

I am definitely going to try dry brushing. It makes a lot of sense.

Have you tried dry brushing before? What are your thoughts on Cindy Crawford as a Beauty Muse?

Lets talk. Drop me a comment in the comment section below.

Thank you.
