Faux Leather or Real Leather?

I got this faux leather Guess jacket some years ago and I have rocked it so many times. It did not come very cheap, it was about £70 or so when I got it back then and it is no more. This is the last time you will be seeing this leather jacket and it breaks my heart.

The faux leather jacket got ruined in storage. I kept it properly, in a box like I do all my other clothes, when the season changes, to create space in my wardrobe for the current pieces. Only for me to bring it out over the weekend to see the leather coming off. It looked so bad, it would have been embarrassig to wear. I now need a real leather jacket, not going for faux this time. Anything faux is like money down the drain. Do you agree?

  1. I do. I don’t like non leather goods. Until recently, I didn’t even wear patent leather . Although the coach store ladies said no, it really leather just overlayed, I guess. I think if you want a throw away item go faux. If you are looking for an item that last season go real. But above all, its hwo you take care of an item.

  2. i agree with you 100%. I had the same experience. But i have decided ever since to always go for the real leather, it pays off at the end of the day.
