I love using products for different reasons . That way I make the most of them. Having the twins opened my eyes to many ways of using their baby products along with them. The house was filled up with their skincare products and baby wipes, so it made sense to use some of them when I could. We are fans of Johnson’s Baby Products. We have used many of their products and they are really good. I have found ways of using these baby products for skincare/beauty purposes.
Here are some of the baby products and ways I use them in my skincare/beauty routine –
Johnson’s Baby Shampoo
I use Johnson’s Baby Shampoo to clean my makeup brushes. I like to clean my makeup brushes regularly with this shampoo because it leaves them very clean and smelling great. There is no need to buy a specific makeup brush cleaner. You could just use good old shampoo to clean your brushes and get them smelling fabulous! This Johnson’s Baby Shampoo is very mild and as gentle as pure water, so don’t worry about it damaging your makeup brushes because it won’t. It is also free from parabens, sulphates and dyes.

Johnson’s Baby Oil
I use this baby oil or some things. It works great as a massage oil. I also use it as a nail/cuticle oil. My hands get really dry sometimes and this Johnson’s Baby Oil works great for moisturising my hands as well as my feet. It is a great handy moisturiser to have around. I love having this baby oil around. It locks in so much moisture, more than double the moisture to keep the skin soft and healthy.
Johnson’s Baby Lotion
I love to apply this Johnson’s Baby Lotion on my legs, especially in the summer season. This lotion smells so good and leaves my legs lightly fragranced and very moisturised. It is a great lotion to share with the whole family.
Huggies Baby Wipes
I love using Huggies Baby Wipes. They are really good. I used them when applying makeup and when I need to wipe makeup off. It is handy to have packs of these baby wipes in the house and in bags. I love them so much!
What do you think of how I use these baby products? Do you use any of them? Please sound off in the comments section below.

I’ve never considered using a baby product in my beauty routine. Although, I do love the smell of Johnson’s products… I’d be willing to give this a try!

I’ve never tried baby products on myself. I guess I could use the shampoo and oil.
Yes you could! They work great!
I use baby wipes for practically everything and my youngest hasn’t needed them for a few years! I had not thought about using baby shampoo for my makeup brushes! I can save a bundle there! Thank you!

I am so much like you, I am using baby product for beauty purpose, just like a baby wipes and baby oil 🙂 And my favorite was the baby powder.
I love baby powder too!
I love Johnson’s product. They are so good. And the fragnance isn’t strong either. Love the baby lotion and oil.

I love how sensitive baby products are on your skin! I used to have problem prone skin, and this was the answer. Interesting to see it can have any number of uses!
I love them too!
Wow so much good tips here! I literally did not know how helpful baby products could be outside of using them for children. Great post!
Thanks Katherine.
Is it true that Johnson’s has been banned in certain countries for health reasons. We stopped using after reading a few articles. Mothercare brand seems to be doing it well though.
I haven’t heard anything like that.
