Wearing a bra can be uncomfortable sometimes and I know how relaxing it is to finally take it off at the end of the day. I love the feeling and I know how it can be so tempting to not wear a bra all day but that won’t do your breasts any favours. Bras first popped up in 1941 and they have been part of our wardrobe since then. They keep our breasts in shape and our outfits looking fab but there are more reasons why you should wear a bra every day even in lockdown.
Here are some of the key reasons why you should-
Bras prevent sagging
Wearing a well-fitted bra every day will stop your boobs from sagging prematurely and they can even lift the breasts back to life after undergoing pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding. This is why it is so important to have your bra on during your waking hours. It may be tempting to walk around bra-less while in lockdown since you won’t be leaving the house much but it does your breasts no favours.
Wearing a bra offers support
A good bra offers support. It keeps your boobs in place and supports your clothing. This support helps prevent different neck and back problems, especially for those with bigger breasts. A bra with good support will also improve your posture.
Good bras increase confidence
I feel a lot more confidence when I have a good bra on. This is why I always invest in my bras. I don’t buy them cheap because I know the saying – ‘you get what you pay for’, is painfully true especially with bras. Spending a little more on quality bras will increase your confidence, since they tend to do their job so well.
Bras offer comfort
Good bras are created to offer comfort. I won’t wear an uncomfortable bra. The bra has to be really comfortable for me to wear it all day. This is one of the reasons why I only go for quality bras. Wearing a bra with little or no comfort will be horrible. The extra weight of the breasts and the movement all day means a comfortable bra is essential. You should go for styles and brands you can trust to provide comfort when shopping for bras.
The benefits of wearing a bra all day even in lockdown are too numerous to mention in just 1 post. The endless pulls and bounces can lead to pain, sagging, and discomfort. Save your breasts. Put the bra on.
I know your right but…… 😏 I always have well fitted bra’s. I won’t just buy cheapo’s. They are no good for you either. For me the measuring etc is really important
Yes, measuring is important. Once you get, it all goes pear shape.
Ok ok.. I’m going to start wearing my bra again after reading this! Haha
Lol 😂
