Autumn is in full swing and I can smell winter already! I tend to catch a cold and other cold-like symptoms, thanks to the bugs flying around this season. So I like to take extra care of myself once the chill is in the air, which is now. I still remember how badly I suffered in January when I caught  a flu for the first time. I won’t want that to ever happen again, so I have taken a flu jab and I plan to be on top of all my food supplements.

Some days ago, I received some supplements and I plan to make sure I take them all religiously. The problem I usually have is, I get excited about a new food supplement, take it for a few days/weeks, and then stop taking it. But I am hoping this won’t be the case with these here.
