Autumn is in full swing and I can smell winter already! I tend to catch a cold and other cold-like symptoms, thanks to the bugs flying around this season. So I like to take extra care of myself once the chill is in the air, which is now. I still remember how badly I suffered in January when I caught a flu for the first time. I won’t want that to ever happen again, so I have taken a flu jab and I plan to be on top of all my food supplements.
Some days ago, I received some supplements and I plan to make sure I take them all religiously. The problem I usually have is, I get excited about a new food supplement, take it for a few days/weeks, and then stop taking it. But I am hoping this won’t be the case with these here.
BioCare Food Supplements
Here are the food supplements I got from BioCare –
BioCare Mega EPA (Omega 3 Fish Oil), 30 Caps, £10.96
I am loving this food supplement so far.
Mega EPA is a high potency fish oil capsule providing omega-3 fatty acids in a natural triglyceride form, naturally concentrated using NEO-3™ – a unique lipase enzyme process which results in a fish oil of outstanding quality and high potency.
BioCare Hair and Nail Complex, 90 Capsules, £29.95

BioCare Zinc Citrate, 90 Caps, £6.40
Zinc is very essential as it contributes to normal metabolism of vitamin A and can treat dry skin, acne and psoriasis. So this food supplement here is right up my alley!

Vega Vitamin D Range
Vitamin D is so very important, especially in the autumn/winter months when we don’t get enough of it naturally. The UK government now recommends that everyone in the UK takes a vitamin D supplement daily during the autumn and winter months. So this is now a health essential, and this is where this Vega Vitamin D Range comes into play.
EveryDay-D: 400IU Vitamin D3 Spray £5.95
I like this Vitamin D3 spray a lot. It is easy to use, tastes great and compact enough to take around with me.
