I love Christmas, always have and always will. I am sure you can tell with the snowflakes going on here. My kids are sick of listening to my Christmas carols on Spotify because I have been playing them since November. Yea I am crazy about Christmas like that. I use to love Christmas as a child, it was one of my favourite times in the year and it still is. I want my kids to love Christmas like that. There is so much to be thankful for.

Christmas is one of those seasons I just want to sit back, forget about work and all the troubles in life, and just enjoy the festive season with my loved ones. But I must confess, the best part of Christmas, is the counting down to the day. The build up is filled with decorations, Christmas gifts shopping (catch up on my Christmas gift idea posts if you missed them), the carols and the whole fuss.

This year will be a very different kind of Christmas and I can’t wait. I am putting the magic back into Christmas with a proper holiday in an amazing sunny location. I will be going on a proper holiday, the first proper holiday outside the EU since 2012, and I am really looking forward to it. I won’t be blogging as often as I regularly blog (which is daily), I will be taking time off blogging and social media to unwind and get ready for the new year. I am not too sure how many days I would take off blogging or how active/inactive I will be on social media yet. I am still planning my schedule and blog content for the rest of the year, so I will keep you all updated. But it looks like I will have my last post up on the 22nd, and drop in briefly after Christmas with a post or 2, then resume as normal after New Year.

I have not really taken time off the blog in a very long time so I am eagerly looking forward to this time off. God knows I need it so badly.

A Floral Gift Idea for Christmas

Christmas is a season of giving and flowers make a lovely gift for many people. It is a thoughtful gift worth giving any time of the year especially in the Autumn/Winter season. Flowers usually brighten up a room and sometimes that is all we need to light up our spirits during these shorter days and longer nights we are currently facing. So a floral gift is an amazing Christmas gift idea.

You all know I do most of my shopping online, so I like the fact that I can order beautiful flowers online for any occasion, anytime and send as a gift to the recipient without me leaving my laptop.

I recently came across Bloom Magic Flowers while doing my Christmas gifts shopping online, and I was blown away by how beautiful the flower bouquets were. For those who have never heard of this brand, it is a flower delivery company based in Ireland, and set to launch in the UK. They specialize in fresh-cut luxury flowers, which are woven into stunning hand-tied bouquets, carefully designed to leave a lasting impression on the lucky recipient.

Here are some of the flower collections that caught my eye –

SOIRéE à L’OPéRA

I am so in love with this flower collection. I think it is so pretty. This bouquet features Roses and Pittosporum flowers, which are some of my favourite flowers. I would love to have this for Christmas. It is such a beauty. And the name is super exotic.

Sweet Santa Barbara

This Sweet Santa Barbara bouquet is another favourite of mine. I love the arrangement. I think it would look amazing in my flower vase. This bouquet features Roses, September, and Scabiosa flowers which I love. It would make an excellent Christmas gift.

Blitzen

So I saved the best for last with this Blitzen bouquet. It is actually from the Christmas flower collection, and it is so beautiful. This bouquet features Roses, Chrysanthemums, and Carnations flowers and it looks proper Christmassy. I am in love with this one.

Today is the last in November and there is no more time for procrastination. Christmas Day is in 25 days, so if you have not sorted your Christmas gifts, like many people I know, you are quickly running out of time and need to know get on it or join the many people running around like headless chickens on the 24th. Trust me, I have been there once upon a time and it was not fun. The pressure was unreal.

Christmas is one of my favourite seasons of the year so I like everything being organised. I love the buying of gifts, holiday mood, Christmas decor and songs. It gets me really excited. I have been listening to Boney M greatest hits on Spotify throughout this month already. My kids can even sing along to Little Drummer Boy!

Yes we love Christmas like that so hang in there with me, you are going to read a lot about Christmas and what I get up to this season on Fashion and Style Police.

While shopping for Christmas gifts, I came across some amazing Christmas Gifts for her from Manière De Voir and I was blown away by the amazing items in this holiday gift store.

I like this iPhone case. It comes in 3 colours as well and I am so in love with the rose gold case. I like the price as well. It is a lot cheaper than most stylish iPhone cases out there. It would make a great Christmas gift for the gadget lovers or that person you know without an iPhone case.

I like both sneakers and I would love to receive any of them as a Christmas gift this year. I think they are both really stylish and bang on trend! Definitely a stylish gift idea for a fashionista.
