Fashion and Style Police Reviews Shiseido

Regular readers of Fashion and Style Police would know my love for Japanese skincare products. And how I have been busy lately trying them out. I got a couple of skincare products thanks to M’s trip to Japan, and these Shiseido products are some of them. Prior to trying out these products, I have heard a lot about Shiseido, so the name rang a bell as soon as I saw the products. But this is my first time actually trying products from the brand.

Essential Energy Moisturising Cream £59

The Essential Energy Moisturizing Cream by the Japanese brand – Shisedo, promises to leave the skin looking and feeling moisturised, smooth and luminous.

 

Essential Energy Day Emulsion £77.18

This Shisedo Essential Energy Day Emulsion features ReNeura Technology™, which helps make skin more responsive to its skincare benefits. This product leaves the skin hydrated.

 

Essential Energy Moisturizing Gel Cream £53.10

Shisedo Essential Energy Moisturizing Gel Cream also features ReNeura Technology™. It helps elevate the effectiveness of a moisturizing and pro-radiance active ingredient complex to the highest level.

Here are my thoughts on these skincare products.

 

PROS
  1. These Shiseido skincare products are great in tackling the first signs of ageing.
  2. They are great for all skin types.
  3. The products moisturise the skin, leaving art looking hydrated and vibrant.
  4. I really like the compact packaging.
  5. The products keep the skin protected from hazards throughout the day.
  6. You can grab these products in most beauty stores and online shops.
  7. They are paragon and mineral oil free.

 

CONS
  1. They are quite pricey.

 

Overall, I would recommend these Shiseido products to women over 30 dealing with the first signs of ageing. I think these skincare products are quite useful, and they do the job perfectly. So it makes sense shopping Shiseido if you can afford to. The products come with a hefty price tag but when it comes to skincare, I have had to learn that you get what you pay for. Quality skincare does not come cheap. And the older we get, the more money we may have to spend on our skincare products.

One of the good things of being a beauty blogger is that I get to try various beauty and skincare products. And tell you all about them. I have been using this SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask for months now and I am seriously loving it. This Japanese rich mask is one of the skincare products I got from Japan. But it also available in various beauty stores in the UK.

Product Description

This SUQQU Moisture Rich Mask is designed to rejuvenate skin and restore vitality to the complexion. It has a highly adhesive, gel-like texture that creates a tight moisture seal. The harmonic blend of rose, iri and jasmine softly fragrances the skin.

 

How to Use

Put a small amount on your palm and spread over the entire damp face, including the eye and mouth areas. After 5 minutes, gently wipe away the remaining mask with a tissue, and blend it into your skin to finish.

  1. I love the simple but practical packaging.
  2. It is super easy to use.
  3. My skin feels soft, smooth and nourished after using this mask.
  4. It creates a brighter complexion instantly.
  5. This mask deeply hydrates the skin and reduces the signs of ageing.

CONS
  1. It is quite pricey at £45 for 70g.

 

I really like this mask. The results are mind-blowing so I can see why it comes with a hefty price tag. I will definitely be using this product again and again. It is best to use it at night, just before bedtime as your face may feel a bit sticky after.

All You Need To Know About Penis Facials

A lot of research is being carried out on ways to have the perfect skin. We have seen and heard of all sorts of skincare products and treatments, from Vampire Facials to Drinkable Skincare. The current favourite among celebrities is one that may sound very strange and maybe even a bit disturbing. However, when celebrities swear that this new facial – Penis Facials, is extremely effective, you can’t help but think twice. It’s so effective that there’s a two-year waitlist already!

What’s the latest facial?

Sandra Bullock is someone who’s quite familiar with using unusual anti-aging treatments. She uses a hemorrhoid cream to reduce the puffiness under her eyes. So when she went for this new facial she fondly calls “Penis Facials” we can’t help but not feel surprised.

Don’t get carried away by this funny name. “Penis Facials” is actually called “The Hollywood EGF Facial.” This facial consists of a combination of a cleanse, a TCA peel, micro-needling, an electrifying mask and FDA-approved Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) serum. All this combined is the complete package of the facial.

 

Why is it called the Penis Facial?

The Penis Facial is made from the foreskin of Korean newborn babies. In Korea males are circumcised at a very young age. The EGF is derived from the foreskin of those babies. It contains progenitor cells from the human fibroblast. It was discovered that those cells help to generate collagen and elastin which are responsible for youthful skin. No wonder Sandra Bullock says it smells like semen.

 

How does the Penis Facial work?

What the scientists were after is the stem cells in the foreskins. These stem cells when penetrated in the skin help to promote the production of collagen and elastin.

The penetration is done through a special electric micro-needling wand. The needles contain the stem cells and peptides. When activated the needles in the micro-needling wand pierce through the skin and deposits the stem cells and peptides and they immediately start their work.

 

Is the Penis Facial really worth a try?

Science has confirmed the efficacy of stem cells to promote beautiful skin. Although stem cells were first introduced in form of creams, the effect of the Penis Facial may seem to be faster as the stem cells are injected into the skin.

How the stem cells work is that when added into the dermal layer of the skin, it promotes the production of new tissue. This helps to make your complexion look younger and boost your radiance.

It was also revealed that stem cells help to repair damaged tissue which further helps to boost your radiance and glow.

Is it really worth it? I guess it is. Several celebrities seem to be happy about the results. And the two-year waitlist is already filled up.
