Product Review: Sukin Facial Moisturiser

I am a huge fan of Sukin natural skincare products. So far I have used the Sukin facial cleanser, facial hydrating mist toner, body moisturiser, facial scrub, and now I am currently using this amazing Sukin facial moisturiser. I love Sukin products because they are cruelty free, natural, Vegan and great for my skin type. All the products I have used from the brand are fab. I can confidently recommend them to anyone because they are so gentle on the skin. I can see myself using Sukin natural skincare products over and over again.

Sukin Facial Moisturiser Product Description

Sukin’s Facial Moisturiser hydrates and softens skin through a beautiful blend of Rosehip, Avocado, Sesame Seed and Jojoba Oils. Soothing Aloe Vera refreshes the skin, while Wheat Germ and Vitamin E assist with improving texture and protecting the skin’s moisture barrier. Skin is left feeling nourished and hydrated.

Here are my thoughts:

PROS
  1. This facial moisturiser leaves my skin smooth, hydrated and soft.
  2. I like the simple packaging with a pump. It works great and easy to take away on holiday.
  3. The light fragrance is refreshing.
  4. This facial moisturiser is great for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
  5. A little goes a long way.
  6. It is free from Sulphates, Parabens, Synthetic Fragrances, Animal Derivatives, Harsh Detergents, Propylene Glycol, Artificial Colours, Triethanolamine & Mineral Oils.
  7. It is natural, cruelty free, Vegan and carbon neutral.
  8. This moisturiser is affordable at £5.99 for a 125ml bottle.
  9. You can share this with your partner, it is a unisex moisturiser.
CONS

None.

I cannot fault this Sukin Facial Moisturiser. It ticks all my skincare boxes and it works amazingly well on my skin. If you are after a gentle facial moisturiser, you should check out this Sukin Facial Moisturiser.

Beauty Muse: Emma Watson

Hey beauty lovers! I hope you have all had a beautiful week. The beauty muse this month is the stunning Emma Watson. I think she deserves the spot as a beauty muse. Emma Watson has some really amazing facial features. She is a flawless beauty. I have been a huge fan of Emma Watson since her days in Harry Potter. I stumbled upon some of Emma Watson’s beauty tips and I really enjoyed reading it. Here are some excerpts from her interview with intothegloss:

Less makeup, more bare skin

The object for me when applying makeup is you should be able to see as much skin as possible. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve embraced my freckles much more and I want to be able to see them…I think the look of natural skin is beautiful. I didn’t want to get blanked out!

This is a great beauty tip. The older I have gotten, I like to show off more of my bare skin. The layers and layers of makeup are now a turn off for me. Rather than burying my skin under huge piles of makeup, I take the time to nourish my skin properly so I don’t need as much makeup.

Clean eye and red lip combo

If I’m doing my makeup myself, I do quite a clean eye and a matte red lip. The red lip always comes out if something important is happening….With the lip, I tend to do a soft line on the top of my eye in brown, and what I call the banana—but that’s probably not the technical term for the contour above your eye. 

I love the look of a clean eye and matte red lip. That draws all attention to the lips in a good way and the clean eye tones down the look of matte red lips.

Hey, Beauties! Welcome to the lovely month of September. It is back to school for us here this week and I am excited. To be honest, we all are. It has been a long break from school with homeschooling and summer break thrown into the mix. Going back to school is just what we need. Today, I am featuring this stunning black beauty. If you are into Nollywood and Ghollywood, you would know Yvonne Okoro.

The lovely Yvonne Okoro is the Beauty Muse for September 2020. This stunning young woman is a Ghanaian-Nigerian actress. I have seen many of her movies and I love them,. She is a terrific actress and her beauty is breathtaking. Yvonne Okoro has a gorgeous ebony complexion and it just glows. You can easily spot her wearing little or no makeup, which is refreshing. I love how natural she looks. Her makeup usually highlights her amazing features, instead of changing them completely like the look many celebrities go for. I would love to be a fly on her wall and watch her get her makeup done. I am sure I would learn many new tips.

The picture of Okoro here is so beautiful. She looks like an African Barbie Doll! I love her eye makeup, the shades work great for her skin tone. The lipstick she is wearing is also natural and very pretty. She is definitely a pro when it comes to nailing the natural makeup look. I love it. The hair also looks amazing on her.
