Game of Thrones is Back

Game of Thrones is Back on TV screens, and we have been watching. This very popular TV series has succeeded in keeping us on the edge of our seats, season after season. What I love most about this drama series is the instrumental soundtrack. I could listen to it all day if possible. I think Ramin Djawadi did an excellent work on it.

The first episode of Game of Thrones Season 7 aired in the UK on Sky Atlantic and NowTV on Monday 17th July. It aired earlier in the US, onย n Sunday 16th July, and all of social media has been talking about it. Which is spoilers for anyone who hasn’t started watching the new season, so I won’t drop any spoilers here.

When it comes to TV series, I always need a refresher when the new season starts. It is usually a year in between for most seasons, so a quick refresher is usually needed. If you are like me you, then you will love these bingo cards created by Bingo.paddypower.com. Using the cards you can re-watch all the old episodes and enjoy some of your favourite scenes and plot lines.

Being able to play catch up on all 7 seasons of GoT, with this card game sounds amazing. The fact that I canย re-watch all the old episodes and get to see some favourite scenes and plot lines is so cool.

Emilia Clarke Covers Harper’s Bazaar UK July 2016

The Game of Thrones star – Emilia Clarke is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar July 2016, looking like a stunning girl next door. I must confess, I barely recognised her without her trademark wig. She looks so different from her character in the hit TV series. But I love this look. It is soft, feminine, chic and modern. The Christian Dior Haute Couture dress is giving me LIFE!

Because she looks nothing like the character she is famous for, she can almost walk around without anyone recognising who she is:

‘The joy of that wig is that I’ve had years to come to terms with where I’m at. It’s easier to handle because of it. You’re like, “OK, I feel comfortable, everyone’s nice. I’m not surrounded by paparazzi.”

Unlike many people, I am not a Game of Thrones fanatic. I like the soundtrack, but I cannot understand the hype surrounding the series, and I know I am in the minority here, so please do not come for me. I have tried watching it many times, but I just don’t get it.

I don’t see myself grabbing this issue if I am being honest. It is a pretty cover with a stunning cover girl, but it doesn’t just scream buy me, to me. It just looks like 1 of those issues I would read if I bump into it, like in a waiting room for example. I won’t go out of my way to buy it or read it.

What do you think? Are you a fan of Game of Thrones or this Harper’s Bazaar cover?

Sound off in the comment section below, let’s talk.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the weekend.
