Sienna Miller Covers Harper’s Bazaar Magazine UK April 2017

Sienna Miller is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine UK April 2017, and she looks fab on it.

Sienna wears Burberry dress and cape with Harry Winston and Tiffany & Co jewellery on the newsstand cover, photographed by Alexi Lubormirski and styled by Leith Clark.

I am a huge fan of Harper’s Bazaar magazine covers, I think they stand out on the newsstands for the right reasons, and they always look so good. This cover right here is no exception, I love everything about it, Sienna Miller looks so pretty.

In her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Sienna talks about her life, family and career. Here are so excerpts from the interview –

Why she moved to New York

‘I just like the idea that you come to New York and you do something. London was all gorgeous and great, but I’m really trying to kick myself up the ass in some way, and New York is very good at doing that.’

On her ex-partner – Tom Sturridge

‘We still love each other,’ she explains. ‘I think in a break-up somebody has to be a little bit cruel in order for it to be traditional, but it’s not been acrimonious in a way where you would choose to not be around that person. We don’t live together, as has been reported recently, but we do half the time. Everybody will stay over or we’ll all go on holiday and that’s because we genuinely want to be around each other. It’s great for our daughter that she has two parents who love each other and are friends. He’s definitely my best friend in the entire world.’

Sienna wears Simone Rocha dress with Jimmy Choo shoes and Chanel fine jewellery

I love this shot so much. It looks heavenly; so out of this world!

What do you think of this Harper’s Bazaar cover? I would love to read it. Will you be reading?

Sam Rollinson Covers Harper’s Bazaar UK March 2017

Sam Rollinson covers Harper’s Bazaar UK March 2017 issue, and she looks loely. This issue was inspired by by the most beautiful of the new-season collections, the magazine’s 150th anniversary year, as well as the glories of Bazaar‘s extraordinary heritage.

I always love Harper’s Bazaar Magazine covers because they are always full of colour and very distinct. They usually stand out for the right reasons on the newsstands, and this cover is not different. I love the background of the cover. The photographer – Agata Pospieszynska, and stylist – Charlie Harrington, braved the elements to shoot Sam Rollinson on a Scottish clifftop at Dunnottar Castle, and Erik Madigan Heck, Leith Clark and Madison Stubbington faced the wind and waves of Botany Bay on the south coast of England, capturing the spirit of the place. I can see why they went through so much trouble to get the shots with this amazing background. It looks so beautiful.

I have never heard of Sam Rollinson until this Harper’s Bazaar cover, so I went digging. I found out that she is a 21-year-old British model, who has appeared in Burberry, DKNY, Balenciaga, NEXT and many other campaigns.

On how she found herself modelling:

“I’d just turned into a teenager and she decided I was allowed to enjoy shopping with her now.” A month later, they travelled down to London to visit the Select model agency. It was “a bit of a weird experience. I had absolutely no idea [about modelling].”

I like both covers but I prefer the subscribers cover above because Sam has a big smile on, and this cover looks a lot more fun than the regular cover.

What are your thoughts? Which cover do you prefer?

Models Cover Harper’s Bazaar UK August 2016 Issue

Ash Foo & Tiana Tolstoi - Harper's Bazaar UK, August 2016

This is definitely my favourite magazine cover for the month of August. I love how artistic the cover is. I also love the styling of the cover a lot. I find it all very interesting as well. I mean 5 striking models from Models 1 Agency on 1 cover? Fantastic idea.  Never heard of any of the models before this cover but they still have my attention in a very weird way. So I went around digging to discover their names. From left to right, Alicia Burke, Ash Foo, Leila Nda, Tiana Tolstoi & Mari Halang. It took me a while to find the last model -Mari Halang because Harper’s Bazaar did not include her name in the cover credits on their website, she had to remind them in the comment section, and they have still not corrected their error as at the last time I checked, lol. That must be annoying.. Just so you know, Mari Halang is the model sitting on the stool.

This cover right here is the reason why I think Harper’s Bazaar is one of the most stylish magazines ever. The powers that be over there pay special attention to detail, except omitting a model’s name, epic fail. And the magazine covers usually speak for themselves. I am yet to see a Harper Bazaar magazine cover I don’t like.

With this cover, I like the fact that they featured unknown faces. It is like a breath of fresh air, instead of the same old faces. And I also love the Prada pieces they have on. They are wearing pieces from the autumn/winter 2016 collections. So beautiful.

Here, Mari Halang wears tulle dress, culottes and felt hat, all by Gucci, on the subscribers’ edition cover. This cover was photographed by Erik Madigan Heck and styled by Leith Clark. What a fantastic shot!

I am definitely going to grab this issue over the weekend. Although I can’t  see any of the features on the cover, it looks like it would be a good read.

Do you agree? What do you think of the cover?
