Outfit Post – Fashion Blogger in Stilettos

Since I learnt how to walk in heels, I enjoy wearing them. But not for too long if I am completely honest. Heels are great to look at. They are super stylish and make long kegs look even longer, but they are not the most comfortable sort of footwear to wear about. I wanted to give this look an extra wow factor, as a Fashion Blogger, which is why I decided to style the dress with the Stilettos heels.

The Black Patterned Front Shift Dress is a new wardrobe addition. I got it some weeks and I really like it. It is a great piece to style this season and I plan to style the hell out of it.

The pink crossbody bag is also new wardrobe addition. I got in Macys while on holiday in the US. It is a really pretty accessory. I love it and I know it is going to come in very handy this season and after.

I am happy we are finally getting some steady sunshine. The weather has been great for weeks now, and I am hoping it stays that way. Good to be able to show some more skin and rock spring/summer outfits. My wardrobe has been sorted out for the season. I got to work on it over the weekend and I am happy it is finally sorted. My winter pieces and accessories are now safe in storage for next 6 months.

OOTD: Blue is the New Black

I have always loved blue, especially the navy/midnight blue shade. I think it is the closest shade to black, a more fancy black if you like. Blue is the new black!

It is the season of dresses, and I am wearing a Navy Blue Chiffon Embellished Short Dress by Quiz Clothing. This stunning blue dress is one of Quiz Clothing’s Occasion Dresses and I think it is a true beauty.

I collaborated with Quiz Clothing to showcase the brand’s new bridal range. I was paired with a blogger – Sarah from Let Them Be Small, and she choose the lovely dress, shoes, clutch and bracelet for me. I love them all, and I think Sarah has a great taste.

I really like this dazzling dress. It is perfect for the party season, a great piece to wear to a wedding or even dinner date. The detailing on the dress is amazing. You can tell a lot of thought was put into designing it. The diamante embellished waist is simply stunning. This dress is definitely a party essential.

The sparkly accessories finished off the look beautifully. I love the Silver Diamante Mesh Courts Shoes. It looked amazing paired with the dress, and was super comfy too!

I really like the sparkly jewellery and accessories I had on here. Wearing the shoes was like stepping into glamour. The mesh outer, embellished with diamantes, these courts and high shimmer heel, helped create the perfect footwear for this look.

The Silver Glitter Envelope Clutch Bag is also a great accessory for this look and any party outfit. I love the glitter fabric with silver detailing, there is something so glam about it. And the Silver Diamanté Cube Clip Bracelet with Diamantes arranged in a chain style bracelet, looks really great. Apart from it being a beauty, I found it easy to put it on and take off.

OOTD: Spring Fashion

Hey we have another outfit post at last! Thank goodness! My posting schedule has been all over the place these last few days, thanks to my laptop going crazy, struggling to keep up with me, and other life stuff. I am hoping to get back on track next week so please hang in there with me.

I took these pictures some days ago while holidaying in Essex. The weather was beautiful, and I had fun rocking some of my spring pieces.

I am really loving the spring weather at the moment. The weather is cool, the sun is usually out and there has been little or no rain. Spring fashion is also looking up, I am loving the new pieces in the stores. There are so many amazing designs, I wish I could have them all! I am also looking forward to summer fashion. Time to show off a bit more skin eh? How are you finding the spring weather?

Everything I have on is an oldie but a goldie. I found the outfit easy to style, the pieces fell into places easily, I didn’t have to over think any part of it. That is the beauty of a capsule wardrobe. I know I have written a few times about having a capsule wardrobe, and the benefits, but it is so underrated in the fashion industry, I think a lot more needs to be said about how beneficial a capsule wardrobe really is. The fashion industry seems to be focused more on buying more, rather than buying what you need to create your signature style capsule wardrobe.

What do you think of this spring look? Are you a fan of a capsule wardrobe? Please sound off in the comments section below, let’s talk.

Thanks for reading, and have a fabulous weekend!
