Beauty Muse – Demi Lovato

The beauty muse today is Demi Lovato. I have always admired this beautiful young woman, right from her childhood days on the Barney and Friends show. I think she is a force to reckoned with in the beauty world, and with her new skincare line, that is exactly what she is, a force to be reckoned with.

I love Demi Lovato’s features, her flawless skin, pretty eyes and cute smile are the features I admire the most. I think she is a natural beauty and she always looks amazingly good. I checked out her beauty evolution on Teen Vogue‘s website, and I can see her beauty has blossomed before our very eyes.

Here are some of Demi Lovato’s beauty/makeup secrets –

On makeup

“Whenever you want to feel a little dolled up, put on some makeup.Β What makes me feel great is making it look as natural as possible. I don’t like to wear a lot of foundation day to day. So NYC New York Colour Get-It-All Stick is really light, but it leaves you looking fresh and with good coverage.

I always do my brows, just because I think that’s important, and they shape your face. It’s nice to feel polished when you walk into work or something.”

On diet

“I noticed that when I eat unhealthily, I break out. It is true. It’s like when you’re being good to your body, and then you put something in it that it’s not used to. And it’s like, ‘Wait a minute β€” I need to get this out of me.’

“Also, another thing is fish oil. You can either eat fish or you can take fish oil pills. Those are really good for your skin because it has omega-3s in it.”

  1. I don’t know who she is but recommending toxin filled fish? Naaah. Flax oil is cruelty free and good for our brains, hearts and skin πŸ™‚

  2. No fish oil for me, I’m vegetarian, I wonder if veggie oil would have the same effect… She looks gorgeous
