In my teenage years and early twenties, my weight was up and down a lot. I was never overweight, but I did battle with weight gain quite regularly. Back then, it was a “thing” to be curvy, so most of us actually went out of our way to put on some extra weight. So I know what it feels like to carry to feel a heavier than normal. I added weight as normal while pregnant with my twins, and I dropped the weight off quite quickly too, which was good. Only to add a bit more again some years. So I worked on my exercise and diet, and dropped it all off. The point I am trying to make is that I know all about being heavier than you would like, and I know many women and men struggle with being overweight. And that is why I am very happy to hear about this non surgical fat reduction treatment called CoolSculpting.

The treatment works by using controlled cooling to get rid of stubborn fat that resists all efforts through diet and exercise. It is an easy treatment with amazing results. Nope, never heard of it! But definitely intrigued as I have a few areas that no amount of exercise ever touches! It’s so stubborn and annoying.
It is an interesting treatment. Worth exploring.
Oh wow! I shall definitely look into this. My weight used to yo yo by about a stone pre children. Then strangely after I had my now adult children I had no problems with my weight. I was 9 stone tops until 7 years ago.
A mixture or health problems being a little older now mean I am a few stone over weight. Instead of 10-12 I am now between 14-16.
Its difficult for me to exercise with my health issues and very hard to lose weight. I have gone back on life style change of food, which with personal issues last year I stopped doing, so will consider this as I progress. Pleased you did this post. Thank you Stella
Thank you for reading. Check the treatment out. You may find it helpful.

I’ve never heard of this before, but I think it is a lot easier and cheaper to just change diet and exercise properly. I’m sure this would be a lifeline for people who really struggle with weight gain though.
Yes Emma.
