  1. I love the berries option. I eat those berries a lot and when I order smoothies I would always go for something like that. I guessnI just need to get my blender and get to work myself.

    I live lemonade and drink it a lot. A nurse told me once it helps with weight loss too.

  2. I’ve heard of Citrus detox but not the others. Good to learn new things. My mum always used to say to me “Drink lots of water. It’s good for your skin” when I was a teenager 🙂
