Fighting Hay Fever With A Dehumidifier

I have had Hay Fever every summer for the last 3 years. If you have been reading Fashion and Style Policer for some years, you would know all about my summer health issues. I am still not completely sure what triggers my allergy but I have prescribed medicine I now take for it, which has been helpful. The over the counter hay fever medicines do nothing for me. My Hay Fever can get really intense, so I had to get more effective medication for it.

I start to take my medication just before summer so it works better. I did that this year and the first few weeks were blissful. But these past few days have been very hard. My Hay Fever is really messing with my sinuses and has left me feeling very poorly.

I have had many articles and tried many different ways to relieve these symptoms but not really had much luck. It has been so bad that it has started to affect my sleep which sucks. I am proper grumpy when I don’t get enough sleep, so these past few days, I have had the zombie feeling. Which is why I ordered a Dehumidifier.
