Stylish Designer Summer Bags

Spring is in full swing and summer is around the corner. It is almost time to get rid of the spring coats and embrace lighter pieces and stylish accessories. I am always excited to style summer pieces and accessories. The warm weather makes me want to shop my closet and fill up gaps. This year, I am really interested in stylish designer summer bags. I have my eye on a few designer bags already, and I am looking to get rid of some very old bags I have in my closet.

Stylish Designer Summer Bags

When it comes to designer bags, they cost a lot more than regular bags sold on the high street, so I like to shop around and ensure I am buying a designer bag that I would hold on to for many years. There are four things I look for in a designer bag –

Authenticity – I make sure they are original and not fake designer bags.

Colour – It has to in a pretty versatile shade that I can match it with other different pieces easily.

Good size – I like my bags to come in decent sizes so I can shove all sorts inside them, but I also like having some designer small bags for other occasions.

Affordability – Obviously I only go for bags and things in general that I can easily afford.

Marc Jacobs Small Traveler Bag

This stunning bag by Marc Jacobs is such a beauty. I love the design a lot. The blue shadow colour is one of my favourites parts of the bag. I also love the size. I should be able to shove books, wallets and all sorts into this Marc Jacobs bag for a weekend away. It is also effortless chic and would be a nice addition to my bag collection. I can picture myself wearing this with a white t-shirt, a blue jeans and a pair of blue, white or black sandals.

This lovely bag also comes in black, red, slate green and beige. So there should be a colour for everyone. It currently retails at £180, which is budget friendly for a designer bag. Do you like this Marc Jacobs bag?

 

Marni Cellulose Shopping Bag

I love a good shopping bag and this gorgeous Marni Cellulose Shopping Bag ticks all my boxes. It comes in a lovely colour and handy size. I can shove all sorts inside it and it looks very stylish as well. It would be a great accessory for days at the library and when I am out and about shopping. I can see myself rocking this bag while wearing a nice blue pair of jeans, t-shirt and sandals. It would be a gorgeous look for sure.

I am a huge fan of the Chloe brand and this small bag right here is simply gorgeous. It comes in beautiful shade of sepia brown, and it also comes in a variety of shades from sweet beige to army green. I love the structured design and the many different compartments. It would look amazing with a dress on a night out.

  1. The fragrance is light and airy which is lovely for the warm summer months.
  2. I like the delicious scent.
  3. I like the body lotion. It has a light sweet fragrance and it is very moisturising.
  4. The packaging is beautiful. I like the bottle. It looks pretty on my dressing table. It would work great as a gift.
  5. This perfume set is very affordable. You can grab a gift set online on Amazon for £22.93 or less, and this includes 50ml perfume bottle and 100ml body lotion.

CONS
  1. It is not as long lasting as I would like but it works great for lazy days.

Overall, for the price the perfume is nice. If you are after a not too pricey light fragrance to use this summer, I totally recommend Ella by Ted Baker.

Hey fashion and style lovers! The stylish beauty – Naomi Watts is the Style Icon for the month of May. I have been a huge fan of this stylish woman for ages. This woman is the definition of effortless style. I love all what I see her wearing. For the Netflix lovers, you may have spotted Naomi Watts in the new Netflix series – Gypsy. I love her character in the series. I am currently on episode 4 and I am loving the storyline so far. It is quite different but very interesting. Have you watched Gypsy? Back to Naomi Watts’ amazing sense of style. You will easily catch her rocking a low key casual outfit and looking like a million bucks! She also slays on the red carpet every time. I love her sense of style a lot. Naomi Watts usually plays with different looks and I love that she is willing to take fashion risks, and her looks are always still so effortless and chic. These days, taking fashion risks may not be in the cards for many, but if you are into trying different looks and you can slay like Naomi Watts, then go for it! It is a great way of getting to know and refining your personal style.
