When I was younger, I HATED taking pictures. My family and friends can testify to that. I never wanted my picture taken by anyone. I just had it in my head that I never looked good in pictures so I avoided taking any as much as I could. How ironic that I am now a fashion and beauty blogger and I bug my long-suffering DH to take my pictures every week, and I now actually LOVE taking pictures especially selfies, HA! I am happy to pose for anyone; anytime, anywhere.
I also love going for photo shoot sessions. I have gone a couple of times, in the last couple of years and I blogged about it here with my family and here with my DH and bump. I enjoy the fast pace nature of photo shoots. The entire process of a photo shoot feels like an adrenaline rush, and the end results are always perfect. Lately, I have been thinking of having another photoshoot but just for myself this time. I have never had one with just myself and I want to now.
While snooping around online like I always do, I spend way too much time online, it’s ridiculous now, I came across this great deal – Fresh Fashion Experience Photoshoot for £49 £25 with IntoTheBlue. The photoshoot includes a three-hour session at a studio, a style, hair styling and makeup consultation. This sunds like the perfect deal for me. It ticks all the boxes and it is a budget friendly photo shoot session as well. It is a lot cheaper than my previous photoshoots which is good. The only issue now is deciding when I can slot a three-hour session in this summer.
What do you think? Have you had a photo shoot before? Sound off in the comment section below. Thanks for reading.
I went for a photo shoot over ten years ago, the pampering was fun but I’m not so into photo shoots coz often the photographer, crew has a very dated way of making you look attractive and how you should pose. If I was to do a photo shoot now, I’d do it with an editorial photographer I’ve worked with….I love taking pics as well and havnt yet found some lil minion to follow me around to take pics of me tsigh…
Yea some photographers can make it so awkward with all the movements.
Go for it Stella! Especially at a bargain price like that. It will be awesome, I’m sure!
I’ve been to photo shoots before, but only because I used to model. I was actually in a recent shoot modelling with the little one for a Ghanaian designer.
Unfortunately I have never done a personal pro shoot but I’m dying to try that!
I think I will. Do you have pictures of your photo shoot anywhere?
I believe they are on the designer’s site. I have a few copies too. Meant to blog about it but didn’t yet! *hands over face*
Oh you should. That will be a fun read.
I think it sounds like an amazing thing to do, and there’s nothing better than feeling like a confident person and having some great photos at the end!!
Yea so true. Thanks Olivia.
What a great price, photo shoots can be such good fun. Especially if it involves friends or family, it’s nice to have something to look back on. I love your pregnancy photos by the way

I’ve had couple professional photo shoot before but that was before I started blogging. They are fun but can sometimes be pricey but if you can find a bargain, go for it, there’re are many available discount packages in the summertime.
Yea they are fun. Thanks for stopping by.
