Sienna Miller Covers Harper’s Bazaar Magazine UK April 2017

Sienna Miller is on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar Magazine UK April 2017, and she looks fab on it.

Sienna wears Burberry dress and cape with Harry Winston and Tiffany & Co jewellery on the newsstand cover, photographed by Alexi Lubormirski and styled by Leith Clark.

I am a huge fan of Harper’s Bazaar magazine covers, I think they stand out on the newsstands for the right reasons, and they always look so good. This cover right here is no exception, I love everything about it, Sienna Miller looks so pretty.

In her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Sienna talks about her life, family and career. Here are so excerpts from the interview –

Why she moved to New York

‘I just like the idea that you come to New York and you do something. London was all gorgeous and great, but I’m really trying to kick myself up the ass in some way, and New York is very good at doing that.’

On her ex-partner – Tom Sturridge

‘We still love each other,’ she explains. ‘I think in a break-up somebody has to be a little bit cruel in order for it to be traditional, but it’s not been acrimonious in a way where you would choose to not be around that person. We don’t live together, as has been reported recently, but we do half the time. Everybody will stay over or we’ll all go on holiday and that’s because we genuinely want to be around each other. It’s great for our daughter that she has two parents who love each other and are friends. He’s definitely my best friend in the entire world.’

Sienna wears Simone Rocha dress with Jimmy Choo shoes and Chanel fine jewellery

I love this shot so much. It looks heavenly; so out of this world!

What do you think of this Harper’s Bazaar cover? I would love to read it. Will you be reading?

Jourdan Dunn Covers Glamour Magazine UK April 2017

The beautiful Jourdan Dunn is the cover girl for Glamour Magazine UK April 2017, and I am loving the cover!

Jourdan Dunn looks great on this month’s Glamour Magazine cover. I love her short hair and simple makeup. Her outfit is edgy and so her, and that smile is so beautiful. This is one issue I will definitely be reading this month.

In this issue, Dunn chats with Glamour about her career, new collection with Missguided, and everything else in between.

On her new collection – LouDunn + Missguided

“I want to have the final say, because it’s my name and it’s a representation of me. I don’t want to have my name on it if other people have done all the work.”

I like the sound of this collection already, and can’t wait to see it in flesh!

On designing a collection for “real women” vs models

“I don’t really like the term ‘real women’. When you compare ‘real women’ to models, it’s like they are not real, and it’s like, what do you mean? I live on earth. I have breasts, I have a vagina, I am very much real.”

I get what Jourdan means, she is a real woman of course, but many of these collections are not designed with a ‘real woman’ in mind.  But I guess since this collection is a representation of her, it is going to fit a certain body type more than others, and there is nothing wrong with that.

On her attitude to life

“I have down moments, but I just let them be moments and not drag on. I’m like ‘Be a big girl, get on with it, you’ve got shit to do’.”

That is exactly how I see life too.

I love the sound of this issue, it ticks all the right boxes for me. I am looking forward to reading Jourdan Dunn’s interview in full, and the other features as well.

Will you be reading? What are your thoughts on this issue?

I love how simple this cover looks. And Emma Watson looks very beautiful in a natural way as always. I am happy to see she is back to acting after taking a year out to focus on her activism. It feels like I haven’t seen her in a movie in ages.

Speaking with Lorraine Candy, Watson talks about her new movie – Beauty and the Beast, taking time off acting for activism and everything else. Here are some quotes from her interview –

On taking a year off acting

‘It wasn’t about me necessarily proving anything… I was just thinking that I have this year to myself, so let’s see what we can do to ‘move the needle’ and make a difference.’

Good for her. We all should try to make a difference in our everyday life.

On her role in the new movie – Beauty and the Beast

‘For me, Beauty was the perfect, most joyful thing to do… There was something connected about Hermione and Belle, and it was good to be reminded that I am an actress; this is what I do. The film is pure escapism.’

It sounds like a great movie. I can’t wait to watch it.

On dealing with critics

‘It really toughened me up…There is a level of criticism that comes with being an actress and a public figure, which I expect, but once you take a stance on something like feminism, that’s a completely different ball game.’

One thing I know for a fact is that you can’t please everyone. So I live my life and do me unapologetically. And you should too.

This new issue of ELLE magazine sounds interesting. I will be looking out for it.

What do you think of this new issue? Are you a fan of Emma Watson?
