The Beauty Muse for this month is the stunning Tanya Sam from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. I think this beauty muse is just gorgeous. Her skin is flawless and she has some amazing facial features. I loved seeing her on The Real Housewives of Atlanta show. She was fun to watch. It is a shame to hear she wouldn’t be coming on the show again thanks to the drama surrounding Cynthia Bailey’s Bachelorette party and Bolo. Are you a fan of the show? Did you watch that episode?

Anyways, back to our beauty muse. I love how Tanya Sam wears her makeup. Her makeup is always flawless, never too much, always perfectly applied. Our skin is so beautiful and I believe that is why her makeup is always flawless. A flawless complexion is the best foundation for a perfect makeup.

Tanya Sam shared some beauty secrets with The Lookbook, here are some excerpts from the interview:

“I am obsessed with the Image Skincare [Total Facial] Cleanser because I wear a lot of makeup so I just got to get the junk off. I love that,” she shared.

It is important to spend money on the right cleanser especially you put on a lot of makeup because you need to ensure you get them all wiped off before going to bed. This cleanser sounds like it does a terrific job for Ms Sam.

“I’m a strong proponent of getting a facial and get a good [microdermabrasion], for sure.” In addition to these facial treatments, Tanya also loves Botox. “My sisters and I call it bo-bo,” she quipped.

It is important to get a facial regularly. I love treating my skin to a great home facial. It does wonders for my skin. Microdermabrasion is another great cosmetic treatment and I can see why Tania Sam loves having it done. Botox is not a treatment I have tried or plan on trying but I know it is very popular and many women love having the treatment done.

I have been using Naissance Cold Pressed Jojoba Golden Oil for months now and it is a great multi-tasking oil to have around the house. This oil is natural, vegan, cruelty-free, pure, and unrefined. I now use it on my hair and skin in many different ways. I love the fact that I can use a bottle of oil for many things, which is why I now use lots of oils now. My haircare and skincare routine is now almost all oil-based. I find oils easier to use, manage and a lot more effective than other products. This Naissance Cold Pressed Jojoba Golden Oil is all shades of amazing.

  1. Jojoba Golden Oil is great for all skin types.
  2. It is a great skin and hair moisturiser. It leaves the hair and skin soft and moisturised.
  3. I love the amazing light texture of this dry oil. It is easily absorbed and leaves no greasy residue.
  4. This oil is pure, unrefined, natural, vegan and cruelty-free. It contains no GMO.
  5. Jojoba oil has a long shelf life. You can store it for up to two years.
  6. It works great as a gentle makeup remover.
  7. This oil works great for massages as it helps the hands glide along the skin.
  8. A few drops of Jojoba Oil can be added to your shampoo and conditioner to nourish the hair.
  9. This Jojoba Oil works great as a nail conditioner.

I can go on and on about the amazing benefits of this Naissance Cold Pressed Jojoba Golden Oil. There are no cons. The oil is simply perfect! It leaves my hair and skin glowing.

Product Review – Lanvin Me Eau de Parfum

I have been using Lanvin Me Eau de Parfum for weeks now, and I am so in love with the fragrance. It is my first time using this perfume and I am glad I went for it. It ticks all my many perfume boxes. This lovely fragrance by Lanvin is dedicated to the bold and confident woman, who isn’t afraid to be herself. The description of the fragrance explains why I fell in love with everything about Me. It was love at first sniff!

I am forever in search of a new perfume to add to my growing fragrance collection. I like having a couple of perfumes in my bathroom cabinet, so I have a variety of fragrances to choose from everyday. Lanvin Me is now one of my favourites.

PROS
  1. I love the design of the pastel pink bottle. It is pretty and unique with silver necklace on it. I think Lanvin did a great job with the packaging.
  2. It is a long lasting fragrance. It stays on for hours.
  3. I love the strong musky scent. It is great for the current season.
  4. I love the fact that it is quite affordable.

None.

I can’t fault this fragrance at all. For the price, it is a great buy. I usually like my perfumes to stay on all day without me needing to spray more over and over again. However, like I said, for the price I got it for, it works great and I usually wear this fragrance on slow days.
