My Natural Hair Journey With Cantu

I started my natural hair journey about 2 years primarily with SheaMoisture and African Pride hair products. And I have not really looked at trying any other brands until recently. Lately, my hair has been breaking thanks to some silly protective hairstyles I have been doing. I knew it was time to test out other natural hair products to help grow my hair. In my pursuit of the  right hair products to save my hair, I met Cantu.

Cantu is a 100% pure shea butter and coconut oil infused range that includes a complete regimen of Cleanse, Condition, Curl and Control products.  Cantu natural hair products provide moisture, nourishment and protection to meet the daily demands of natural hair.

I tried Cantu Shea Butter for Natural Hair Deep Treatment Masque, Leave-In Conditioner Repair Cream and Tea Tree & Jojoba Hair and Scalp Oil.

  1. I’ve been an my natural hair journey since January 2013. I seriously can’t believe how many products are on the market and I absolutely love it.

I have tried Cantu before but not the products you have listed in this post. I will give them a try.

I’ve found Eden Bodyworks Co-Wash and Shea Moistures Jamaican Black Castor Leave In Conditioner work best for my hair. Have you tried those brands?

  2. I’ve tried the Cantu Brand before but not the deep treatment masque. I do love how amazing their products smell though. That’s what got me into purchasing it in the first place. lol

  3. It sounds brilliant, and just what you needed by the sounds of things. I’ve neglected my hair if late and it’s getting very fine so I need to start taking care of it!
