Product Review – Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme Eau de Parfum

As a perfume lover, I am forever in search of a new fragrance to try to add to my ever-growing perfume collection. I have heard a lot about Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme Eau de Parfum, so I was thrilled when I got it as a gift. It has been a perfume I have been looking forward to trying for ages. Like most things Tom Ford, I knew I was going to love this fragrance. Tom Ford’s perfumes are always so good, and I knew this Noir Pour Femme Eau de Parfum would be no exception. I was right!

This perfume was launched in 2015. It is an oriental, floral fragrance, and smells divine. It has a very unique scent, which you either like or you don’t. I love it.

Here are my thoughts on this Tom Ford Noir Pour Femme Eau de Parfum.

PROS
  1. I love the bottle. It looks lovely. Definitely stands out on my dressing table.
  2. The fragrance is long-lasting. It stays on pretty much all day.
  3. This Tom Ford perfume has a sensual floral scent, which I really like. It smells as pricey as the price tag.
  4. It is great for the current spring/summer season.
  5. I like that it is not an oily fragrance.
  6. A little goes a long way with this perfume.

 

CONS

None.

I can’t fault this fragrance at all. It is really good. I would recommend this perfume to any woman in search of a lovely perfume to try.

The Kiddies got the lovely opportunity to try some of the new and improved Johnson’s Products. They have been using these products for many days and they really like them. I must confess I like them as well. This new range is definitely a lot better than the old one.

JOHNSON’S® 2 in 1 Shampoo

This Shampoo is really good for the kiddies, especially more son. He loves it. It Hypoallergenic and Paediatrician-tested. You can grab it in 300ml and 500ml bottles.

 

JOHNSON’S® No More Tangles™ Kids Conditioner

This Kids Conditioner is so handy to have around the house. I like that it is Hypoallergenic** and pH balanced. It is available in 300ml and 500ml bottles.

 

JOHNSON’S® Strength Drops Kids Conditioner

The Johnson’s® Strength Drops Kids Conditioner is enriched with Vitamin E and it is great for conditioning and strengthening the hair. We have been using a lot of this conditioner.

 

JOHNSON’S® Strength Drops Kids Shampoo

This Johnson’s Strength Drops Kids Shampoo cleans the hair and helps it stay healthy and strong. It is one of our favourite from the new Johnson’s range. I think it is a fantastic product for the kids.

If you are after a conditioner that will leave your child’s hair silky and shiny, then you will need to try this JOHNSON’S® Shiny Drops Kids Conditioner.

 

JOHNSON’S® Shiny Drops Kids Shampoo

This Shiny Drops Kids Shampoo by Johnson’s is enriched with a drop of Argan oil and touch of silk protein, which does wonders for the hair. It is another lovely shampoo from the new range.

 

JOHNSON’S® Baby Oil

We are huge fans of the Johnson’s Baby Oil. There is always one in our house even though it is a baby product. It is one of those multi-tasking products we always like to have in the bathroom cabinet.

 

JOHNSON’S® No More Tangles™ Kids Shampoo

This is another Johnson’s Shampoo we have been trying our hands on. It is a great product, and I can see it over and over again.

 

PROS
  1. I love the packaging of these products. I think they are colourful and stunning. They will definitely catch my eye when out shopping for toiletries.
  2. The products are really mild and gentle for the skin and hair. But they do a thorough job still.
  3. I love the light and soft fragrance of the products. They smell nice but not overpowering.
  4. The shampoos and conditioners for the kids are free from dyes, parabens, phthalates, sulphates, alcohol, and soap, which is lovely.
  5. The NO MORE TEARS® formula is as gentle to the eyes as pure water, which makes hair wash days a lot easier. Some shampoos and conditioners really sting the eyes, so it is great this range does not.
  6. Many of the products are Paediatrician and dermatologist-tested, with all being Paediatrician tested, which gives that added peace of mind.

 

CONS

None. We can’t fault these products. They are really good.

Product Review – D&G The Only One 2

If you have been reading Fashion and Style Police for some time, you will know how much I like perfumes. Which is why I am forever reviewing them. I usually have about 8 – 10 perfumes in my bathroom cabinet at any given time. Smelling good is good for business, so I like to have nice smelling perfumes. The perfume I use depends on my mood and my plans for the day.

 

D&G The Only One 2

I recently came across D&G The Only One 2, and I think it is a lovely perfume. D&G perfumes are always very nice so I was not too surprised to discover this lovely floral oriental fragrance. This particular perfume reminds me of one of my favourite D&G perfumes ever – The One. That perfume reminds me of my younger years. I used it a whole lot many years ago.

 

Fragrance notes

Here are the fragrance notes for D&G The Only One 2 –

Top notes – Blackberry accord, freesia accord & pear accord
Heart notes – Violet accord, coffee & rose
Base notes – Tonka bean, patchouli & ambery woody notes

Now here are my thoughts on this perfume –

 

PROS
  1. I love the sophisticated design of the bottle. It is really beautiful.
  2. It has an amazing fragrance. I love floral fragrances, and this is just so good.
  3. This perfume is very long-lasting. It stays on all day.

 

CONS

None.

Overall, I really like this perfume. It smells divine and stays on all day. What more could a woman ask for? Prices start from £52 for a 30ml bottle, £70 for a 50ml bottle and £85 for a 100ml bottle.
