5 Winter Shoe Styles Every Woman Should Own

It is common knowledge that if you have warm feet, then the chance of the rest of your body being warm is quite high. With that in mind, I thought I would put together a list of some winter essential shoe styles that you need to own this winter. Check them out below and tell me what you think of the styles.

  1. The Black Heeled Knee-High

The black heeled knee-high is back on trendy and I am loving it. It has only come back into style in the past few years, after years of it being a no-go. Knee-high boots, when paired with the right outfit, can look chic and classy and can also help keep your calves warm.

Black knee-high boots are the most versatile. They can be dressed down with a pair of jeans. And dressed up for a night on the town with a skirt or dress. The choice really is yours!

  1. The Classic Chelsea Boot

Chelsea Boots are a great boot style to invest in throughout autumn and winter. They can pretty much be combined with any outfit. Chelsea Boots most commonly come in black and brown, both of which look amazing with black and blue jeans, or even a skirt and tights.

They often come with a small heel to give you an added bit of height, but it is also small enough for you to get away with it in the office or on longer walks.

The above Black Chelsea boots are ideal to wear with both jeans or dresses and skirts, as they are plain and design-free, plus they’re the perfect height on the ankle.

  1. The Black Heeled Boot

Take any outfit from day-to-night by simply swapping out your flats for a classic black heeled boot. Teamed with a fitted pair of jeans, they make the ideal smart-casual outfit..

Not only does it give you a little more height and give off the illusion that your legs are slimmer, but it will certainly add some style and chicness to whatever outfit you’re wearing.

  1. A Dark Trainer

While the statement white trainers are great for the warmer months, you need to think about how they could potentially get ruined from the wet mud that may get splatted onto them in winter. While they look nice to start with, white trainers are quick to get dirty.

Dark coloured trainers, such as black and navy, are great for disguising little spots of mud. This is why they’re a great addition to a winter wardrobe. I have a few in my shoe collection and they come in handy.

  1. The Biker Boot

Biker boots have become increasingly popular in stores over the past year, most designed with long studs and buckles. While they’re probably not best paired with delicate skirts and dresses, due to their chunkiness, they certainly look great with a big, thick jumper and jeans.

Fashion – Mid Year Outfit Review 2018

I have posted quite a few outfits this year 2018. It has been a busy year fashion blogging wise, and I hope it continues this way. I have rocked winter, spring and summer looks this year. And here are some of my favourite looks of the year so far.

Cheers to the New Year

Happy new year image

I started the year rocking this sparkly Quiz dress. The dress is one of my favourite pieces at the moment. It is a great party piece. I love how it sparkles and hugs my body like a glove. It is so easy to fall in love with this beautiful dress. I always get lots of compliments when I have it on.

If you need stylish party pieces with an OK price tag, you need to shop at Quiz. The brand has some of the most beautiful party dresses around.

Staying Warm this Winter

This is another look I really like. The sparkly cardigan by Apricot stole the show. The Russell & Bromley shoes look so good with the outfit. I guess it is easy to see why I like this outfit. Apricot is another fashion clothing brand I really like. I highly recommend them.

What do you think of the look?

A Slice of Lemon

This lemonade look is another favourite of mine. I love the pop of colour thanks to the NEXT cardigan. . The glittery scarf by M&S is one of my favourite. I also love my Kurt Geiger denim shoes. This is one look I can clearly see myself styling again and again. It is such a girly look I think.

A Skrit for Spring

This spring look is another fashion favourite of the year. Like I have said many times, I like wearing dresses and skirts in the spring/summer months. I find them very comfortable and stylish.

This River Island skirt is so great for the current season. I love the floral design and the crotchet top from BlackBetty is super stylish too! This outfit was put together so effortlessly. I love it.

Styling A Bodycon Dress

This is my most recent outfit post and it is no surprise that is makes the list. I love this New Look Bodycon Dress a lot. I am usually not a fan of bodycon dresses at all. But this stunning dress impressed me. The Michael Kors sandals suits the dress a lot, like many other sandals would do.

What do you think of these outfits? Which is your favourite and why?

May 2017 Outfits

Hey peeps! It is that time again. Another month is almost over, and it is now time to talk about the outfits of the month. May has been an OK month for outfits. I had the opportunity of showing off 2 very different outfits. Here is a quick recap if you missed the posts.

OOTD: Summer Time

I really like this New Look dress I am rocking here. It is a new wardrobe addition, I got it some weeks ago. It stands out in my wardrobe, it is very different from what I would normally go for and I love it for that.

I found this dress incredibly easy to style, and so comfortable to wear, especially as the days are getting warmer. I love wearing dresses in the summer, I usually can’t be bothered to wear anything else when the weather gets dead warm. I just need to remember to have my legs shaved, lol.

What do you think of this look? I think the dress is pretty but I believe the highlight of the look is the Oversize Bow Denim sandals by Kurt Geiger. Do you agree?

OOTD: Blue is the New Black

This is the second and last outfit for May. I am wearing a dress by Quiz Collection. It is another beautiful addition to my dress collection and I am so in love with it. I think this piece from the new bridal collection at Quiz Collection is so elegant. It is fab for a wedding, dinner date or a very glam event.

The highlight of this look is definitely the blue dress. Do you agree?

What do you think of both looks? Which is your favourite? I can’t seem to decide on the look I prefer. Maybe because they are very different.
