Staying on top of my fitness plans

As a work from home mum with 2 busy kiddies, staying fit and well is important for me. In other for me to run my household the way I want it to go, I have to be on top of my fitness plans. Which is why I try to eat a balanced diet and exercise as much as I can. I also like to take food supplements to help me even more. In the last couple of days, I have been taking the Athletic Line Mega Daily Forte by Scitec Nutrition, and I am loving how it makes me feel energised.

For those who have never heard of these multivitamins, it is an advanced multi-vitamin and mineral formula, with a carefully formulated composition of 26 ingredients. Outfit Post – Styling a T-shirt for September

I am happy September is finally here and I am styling a t-shirt for September. August was a very busy month. And it felt like it took forever at a point. So I am glad the new month is now here. I can see September being even more busy than August. The kids are back to school in the next few days, and we are all looking forward to that. All what they need for school is ready and I am eager for a bit more structure to our days.

A lot would be happening here on Fashion and Style Police this September and the rest of the year. It is going to be super busy. I am working on all sorts and dying to share them all with you.

I wore this outfit some days ago to a theme park with the kids. It was a lazy style day, and I wanted an outfit I would move freely in. We were planning to go on rides, so I needed to be dead comfy. This outfit worked great for the day. I got the t-shirt as a souvenir gift from Japan earlier in the year. I like the white, red and gold shirt design. Looking at the shirt, I thought it was going to be a lot bigger on me, but I was happy to see it was the right size once it was on me.

Styling the t-shirt was dead easy. I just went for a pair of leggings, flats and a cross body bag, because I needed my hands free for the day. It was super easy to style, I could even do it in my sleep. I love having t-shirts in my wardrobe because they save me on lazy days. And I think they always look smart. What do you think of styling a t-shirt?

Selling on eBay is one of the many ways I make money online. I have had an online eBay shop since the kiddies were born over 4 years ago. It has been kept me quite busy for years in a little way. I sell both pre loved items and brand new items on there and I make quite a few hundreds every few months. It is a great way of decluttering my home and making money by the side. A win-win!

However, having an eBay store can be time consuming especially when it comes to listing your items for sale. Thankfully, eBay has simplified this process, and it is now only a few clicks to list items on the eBay app. In the early days, listing items on eBay took forever and it was one of those jobs I never looked forward to. But these days, I am usually one listing 10 items or more (depending on how quickly I move) in 30 minutes.
