Favourites Outfit Posts Mid Year Review

Where is 2017 running to? I can’t believe the month of June is almost over. I also can’t believe I haven’t published a single outfit post this month. I did try to post an outfit post at some point, but life got in the way, and I didn’t get to post any. I promise to make up for the gap in July, but for now, I leave with you my favourite outfit posts for the last 6 months.

A Beaded Black Dress

I wore this outfit earlier in the year, it is one of the best outfits I have worn this year. I love the Blue Vanilla beaded dress. It is a perfect fit, and there is something elegant about it. I also love the grey NEXT blazer. It gave the outfit a whole new look.

The Oversized Trend & the Petite Woman

This is another outfit I really like. I love the relaxed chic look. The highlight of the outfit is the Apricot Charcoal Sequin Cocoon Cardigan. I think it finishes off the look so beautifully.

Gucci Birthday Present

I love everything about this look. It is definitely at the top of my favourite outfits posts for 2017 so far. I love the Gucci bag and NEXT jumper. I also love the location; it was Milan and it was my birthday, a birthday I would never forget.

Calling the Shots

This outfit is another special one. I love the styling and the photos turned out so great. I would rock this look again. It is one of those looks that was just so easy to style.

Spring Fashion

Spring was a great fashion season on Fashion and Style Police, and this spring fashion outfit was the TRUTH! The Miss Selfridge leather jacket was the highlight of look.

OOTD: Summer Time

I am loving the sunshine here in Cheshire. This week has been amazing, the weather has been beautifully warm and sunny, and I hope this means summer is here, but knowing the British weather, this lovely weather does not mean a thing. It could be wet and miserable for the rest of the month. I hear the weather is going to be miserable this weekend, and I am kind dreading it already. Although it is dead warm now, so a little bit of chill would definitely do me some good.

I took these outfit photos some days ago. The weather was great, and I was in the photo shoot mood. I ran a few errands rocking this outfit and I liked it. I am so into casual chic looks at the moment. I find them easy to style and very comfortable.

This dress is a new wardrobe addition and I am super in love with it. I think it is a fab summer piece. What do you think?

Everything else I have is an “oldie”. I am also very into flats these days too. I just can’t be bothered to wear heels at the moment. Life is way too busy; I need to move quickly! I am sure I would find my way back to heels soon, but for now, I am enjoying rocking my flats. Are you a flats lover too?

OOTD: Casual Spring Look

I love denim. I think it is one of the greatest fashion inventions ever! It is loved by many, very durable and manageable, and so easy to style. What is there not to love?

I have been wearing denim for as long as I can remember, and I see myself wearing it forever. It is one trend that will always be in vogue! I can’t see myself ever losing interest.

The kids have been on holiday, so the last couple of days have been all about them. I have been trying to keep them busy, so we have been out and about a lot. I wore this denim outfit on one of our many trips. It was the fastest outfit I could style up in a few minutes, and I found it very comfortable.

For this Double Denim Look, I am rocking all old pieces. I have had all pieces and accessories for some time now, and just styled them in a different way. That is the beauty of having a capsule wardrobe, you can always step up looking different in your regular pieces. It works every time.

The highlight of this look for me will have to be the denim shirt. I really like it. I have had it for many months now, but whenever I wear it, it always feels like I am wearing it for the first time because of how much I like it. It stands out from everything else on the high street, and I always get compliments from complete strangers whenever I have it on. I also really like my gold trainers, that stands out as well!
