St Patrick’s Day Accessory Ideas

St Patrick’s Day is next week – 17th March, so I am sharing a few accessory ideas for those in need of some green inspiration. If you plan on getting dressed  to celebrate this fab Irish holiday, then you are reading the right post. Green is a beautiful but full-on colour, so it is not a shade I can wear head-to-toe, and I won’t recommend you do either, but it is stylish to incorporate green accessories into your outfit because it stands out beautifully.

Here are a few ways you step up your St Patrick’s Day Outfit, all accessories are available on the 3WISHES.COM website.

Lightweight Heat Styling Lola Wig

If you have been reading Fashion and Style Police long enough, you would know all about my love for wigs, and how I like having a variety of wigs at my disposal. Well if you didn’t know, you do now. Wearing this Lightweight Heat Styling Lola Wig is an easy way to get St Patrick ready!

I love the bright green colour, it would look amazing to have this on St Patrick’s Day, and the bob cut is right up my street!

Rhinestone Cami

Another easy way to add a touch of green to your outfit on St Patrick’s Day is to rock a green cami like this one here. It is perfect to layer under a sweater/jumper or suit for work.

I really like the sparkly 3WISHES.COM logo on the top. This would make a nice wardrobe addition this season.

Lucky Clover Stockings

Another way to style your look with a touch of green is by wearing this cute Lucky Clover Stockings. The satin bow and lucky clover appliqué are so pretty. Wearing this accessory on St Paddy’s Day would be a great idea.

This sleek design of this stockings will definitely catch many eyes.

St Patrick’s Accessory Kit

This Headband & Hairbows with Clover Trim would finish off a St Paddy’s look beautifully. I think the accessory kit is super cute. I love the school girl look the model is rocking with the ponytails.

Mini Glitter Top Hat

This Mini Glitter Top Hat features a lovely mesh veil, black satin ribbon located at the base of the hat and a small black glitter trimming at the top.

It is a fab green accessory to have on for the St Patrick’s celebrations. I like the sophisticated look of the hat.

4 Fashion Hacks for Accessories

Accessories have the power to make and break any outfit, so I thought sharing some fashion hacks for accessories will be a cool idea. I have previously written about fashion hacks for jewellery, fashion hacks for handbags and fashion hacks for shoes, so catch up on those posts if you missed them.

Here are my top 4 fashion hacks for accessories:

Add a Hat

Fashion UK Blog

A hat attracts a lot of attention so make sure you style it right, so it looks good. It takes a lot of confidence to pull this look off because you will definitely stand out from the rest so make sure you are ready for the attention or the looks you will be getting, or just fake the confidence like I do sometimes.

Grab the Sunnies

Outfit Post Image 2016

If you have been reading this blog long enough, you will know I hardly ever appear without my sunnies. I have quite a few now, and I still plan to add more to my collection. I wear my sunnies for comfort than style. I am short-sighted, so I wear contact lenses, and I squint my eyes a lot in sunlight.

A pair of sunglasses is the most versatile accessory you can have. They are super stylish. Having a pair of sunglasses on make you look too cool for school, and you hide your eyebags, red eyes, no eye makeup, and many more under them. Seriously, if you don’t have a pair of sunglasses, you don’t know what you are missing.

Scarves

Fashion Blog OOTD UK

Scarves have the power to change a look completely. I have quite a few scarves for different seasons, and I find them so easy to style. If you want to experiment with your accessory game, I suggest you start with scarves. You can’t go wrong with them.

Watches

A watch can add a touch of class to any outfit. Plus, it’s a useful and functional accessory that has a purpose – it can help you to tell the time in professional or social situations without being rude and looking at your phone. Browse Rolex Daytona watches for the best of the best!

So there you have my top 4 fashion hacks for accessories. Whatever you do, always remember to keep it effortless and simple. Once an outfit looks like you tried too hard, it ruins the look. Never over-accessorize, it will make you look confusing. Stick with 1 or 2 key accessories at a time, and you will slay the look.
