Product Review: Inecto Argan Hand & Nail Cream

With the rise of CoronaVirus also known as COVID-19, many of us are washing our hands a lot more than we would normally do. I wash my hands quite regularly. It is a good habit I have had but the issue with washing your hands regularly is that all the washing tends to dry out your skin. This is where a good hand & nail cream like this Inecto Cream comes in. I have used Inecto Argan Hand & Nail Cream for weeks now. It is my first time using a hand cream from the brand and I really like this particular one. It has literally saved my tired, dry hands.

Inecto Argan Hand & Nail Cream

This hand and nail cream is a little saviour for dry hands this cold winter season. It is a lightweight, non-greasy cream, infused with pure organic Argan Oil.

PROS
  1. I love the lightweight texture. It is easily absorbed into the skin.
  2. It moisturises the hands and nails. If you battle with dry hands, you would want to give this hand and nail cream a try.
  3. I love the light fragrance.
  4. This cream contains pure organic Argan Oil.
  5. It is quite affordable at £1.85 for a 75ml tube.
  6. This product contains no unnecessary nasties. It is completely natural, vegan and has not been tested on animals.

CONS
  1. I am not a fan of the lid. I prefer using hand creams that can be pushed open. Having to be open this completely every time I need to be use can be annoying especially when on the move.

Good Night Sleep Essentials

I like my sleep. I need at least 8 hours of sound sleep to feel energised and ready to take on the world the next day. Good Night Essentials help me achieve a good night sleep. I have a sleep routine I stick to but I have been free styling of late, which has resulted to me not sleeping well, and feeling very grumpy in the morning. I had to do something about this, as it was beginning to affect the quality of my life.

Here are a few changes I have made, along with some new good night sleep essentials I got some days ago.

A Good Warm Shower/Bath

I make sure I take a nice warm shower a few hours before bed. If I have more time to play with, I run a bath and burn some candles, to help me relax. I have been burning my personalised Sweetness & Light Coconut Cream and Summer Breeze Soya Candles. They smell divine!

I have also added this Dead Skin Body Scrub Frankincense Oil to my weekly skincare routine. My skin feels amazing after using this body scrub. I like to use it once a week to get rid of rough/dry skin. It also leaves my skin feeling very clean, which I love. I sleep better when I feel clean, so using a body scrub every now and again is a good night sleep essential. The Dead Sea Body Scrub with Frankincense Oil is stocked in Boots Stores.

Here is a bit more info for the Dead Skin Body Scrub –

This chemical-free fusion of 100% Dead Sea salts and Frankincense oil, boosts circulation, smoothes rough, dry skin – leaving it silky and moisturized. Starting from the tips of your toes, scoop up a generous amount, massage all over, then simply rinse away.

Ingredients

Maris Sal, Boswellia Carterii Oil, (Olibanum).

Moisturise

After a good bath/shower, the next step is to moisturise. I have been using some new skincare products – Douvall’s Argan Multi Balm, Argan Active Protection Eye Serum, Argan Oil Moisturiser and Argan Bronzing Oil. These amazing skincare products were beautifully packaged in this Douvall’s pouch, which makes it super easy to pop in an overnight bag or handbag.

I found these products very useful. The Argan Multi Balm is a great multitasking product to have around. I like the Argan Oil Moisturiser, it moisturised my skin beautifully, and the Argan Bronzing Oil added a little bit of glow to my skin. For my eyes, the Argan Active Protection Eye Serum felt great, and I noticed a difference in my eye area the morning after.

Here is a brief description of the product in the brand’s words –

Douvall’s Argan Bronzing Oil

This 100% natural and organic moisturising bronzing oil has the nourishing power of Argan Oil with added mineral make up giving you a bronzed shimmery healthy glow. It can be used on the face, body and hair. The Bronzing Oil is rich in vitamin E, antioxidants and fatty acids. It contains no parabens, sulfates, petrochemicals or toxins. This oil is also cruelty free, and housed in a recyclable dark glass bottle.

This versatile balm can even be used with Douvall’s organic cotton muslin cloth as an effective, pH balancing cleanser and make up remover.

Douvall’s Argan Active Protection Eye Serum

This eye serum protects, repairs and lifts the delicate eye area. Using Argan Active Protection, the ultimate revitalising hydrating eye serum that penetrates deep into the dermis to Firm, nourish and plump the skin, with a complex of natural plant based actives, which improves the look of fine lines and wrinkles, with Aloe Vera for soothing.

Douvall’s Argan Oil Moisturiser

These Douvall’s products have been added to my daily skincare routine and my skin is thanking me for it. The Argan Multi Balm is my favourite product from the collection. I usually apply it on my lips, hands and feet before I go to bed. And I love the way my lips, hands and feet feel when I wake up.

A Cosy Sleepwear is a Good Night Sleep Essential

What I wear to sleep usually determines the kind of sleep I get. So I like to pay attention to my sleepwear. A  Cosy sleepwear is definitely a good night sleep essential.

Pyjamas Image

I recently received this Maya Woven Long Sleeve Pyjamas and Clara Woven Long Sleeve Tile Print Short Robe by Cyberjammies, and I love them. The oriental florals designed pyjamas is a beauty. I really like the colour. I also love the teal colour and design of the robe. The material is also very comfy!

The Pyjamas and Robe help to ensure I get a good night sleep. I like having robes to pop on or off depending on the weather and where I am. I can see myself wearing these pieces a lot.

No Caffeine After 8pm

I love my caffeinated drinks. If you know me well enough, you would know all about my love for cappuccino and coca-cola. I usually stick to taking a cup of cappuccino in the morning but I can easily be seen sipping a glass of coke as late as 10pm sometimes, which has started to affect the quality of my sleep.

My target now is to take not more than 2 glasses of coke a day, and not later than 8pm. Preferably a lot earlier but I am a realist, which means I am unable to build castles in the sky. So I will start with a target of 8pm and move it down to 7pm in a few weeks, depending on how I cope.

So there you have it. My good night sleep essentials and routine. All these items help me sleep better. What do you think of them? Did any catch your eye?
